Absolute worst experience of my life x 2 at vocellis on Frankstown. Manager Luke is the rudest person ever. 35 min after placing an order that was going to be ready in 25. Order was not ever put in. This is the second time and will never happen again even the employees were apologizing for this piece of trash!!! From now on. Oakmont for sure employees are respectful and ordered made on time. Time to call the credit card company since Luke is telling me 15 days. Unacceptable. Luke needs fired

I haven’t ordered from this location for years and this visit reminded me why and I’ll never be back. I do have to say the employees were friendly but the food and accuracy wasn’t. Ordered hunger buster…LG 1 topping pizza, sandwich, bread sticks and 2 liter. Pizza had 2 toppings and was cold and had additional topping of sausage (which i don’t even like), sandwich didn’t have toppings I ordered or dressing on the side as ordered and the bread sticks were just blah…tough dough. $30 for the order to not be right and I’m not going to call after a long day of work when I just got home @ 9:45 and wanted to enjoy my dinner. Just never going back…

I spent around $50 for 2 pizzas!!! Omg my stuffed crust pepperoni, mushroom pizza want even cooked all the way !! It was like doughy and raw still !! Also to much sauce it was all sliding off when you picked up a piece !!! How do u spend $50 on 2 pizza and it all was garbage!!! Sorry and I’m not even a picky eater. Other pizza wasn’t as bad but come on for what y’all charge y’all need cook the food little better. Not sure if I’ll ever try this place again. I also do food reviews for my YouTube, Facebook pages. This is definitely awful experience! Please make this right !

Tonight we ordered a large pizza when it arrived. It was paper thin. The pizza was see through it was so thin. I called to complain and the manager told me in a rude tone that They only had medium dough so they had to stretch it out to make large pizzas! Basically you’re getting charged for a large pizza and you’re getting the dough of a medium pizza. The manager knew this and only when I was upset did she change her tone. This is a pretty shady business. Please see photos. This was Penn Hills Vocelli on Frankstown Road.The Manager kept mumbling her name so I wouldn’t understand it. I asked if she said Kristy/Christy, she said yes but I’m still not sure.

Very mediocre pizza, chewy crust that you really have to tug on. There’s really no reason to go here. Go to Pasquales on Saltsburg, or even Domino’s is better. And I don’t really think highly of Domino’s.

I’ve never seen more poorly made pizza in my life. One literally had NO dough in the middle of the pizza. How does that even happen?? The other was so raw on the bottom I have no idea how it went through an oven. Yikes.

I ordered two turkey hoagies and requested double mayo and Italian dressing be added. Both my sandwiches are dry. It was eleven at night so I did partially eat one after having to add my own condiments but for the price I paid for the sandwiches delivery and tip, needless to say I’m very dissatisfied.
