i ordered pizza and they said it would be delivered in 30 minutes. it was late and also the wrong order. i wasn’t able to eat this pizza due to severe allergies. i asked for a discount for my next order and they refused to give it to me. it took them a long time to get my order correctly delivered they still are not here and i ordered 1.5 hours ago. i have ordered here many times and am extremely frustrated with this bad experience i will no longer be ordering from this vocellis.

Ordered a pizza, online, asked for like 4 toppings. Either they gave me the wrong pizza all together, or they truly didnt care to put the right toppings on the pizza. They got everything wrong except for the fact that I did ask for chicken. Also got green peppers? That wasnt even on the order. Never in my life have I had a pizza order go so wrong. It was a good pizza, just not all what I ordered. Honestly just do better.

tried to order online and they had the wrong address under my phone number which is no big deal but i repeated my address after the person taking the order seemed insanely annoyed that THEY had a different address and after i gave it again he sighed and angrily told me to give my address again which i started to when he audibly sighed AGAIN and told me to hold on and seemed confused that they didn’t have the right address when that’s ALREADY been established and then told me to basically shut up for a second even though HE ASKED ME FOR MY ADDRESS… i just don’t understand the problem here i hung up immediately and took my business to another pizza place. just bad service. so rude and unpleasant. won’t be back again.

Ordered delivery and the food is good, but the woman who answered the phone is clueless and unpleasant. It was difficult to order the food from her (re: clueless) and by the time we got our order, it was incomplete. Instead of apologizing she claimed we didn’t order what was missing. She also claimed she read the order back and we agreed to it, which she didn’t do. Good food is great. A nasty attitude from someone whose job is to interact with people isn’t. On a better note, the person who delivered the food was very nice!

I can’t speak highly enough about this location and it’s staff. Mike is always a pleasure to speak to and get a delivery from. The afternoon early evening pizza are excellent . The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was whoever makes the pizza late evenings, needs a little more training on how to make a proper pizza. I’ve had several that weren’t to great. Sloppy, not sliced all the way etc . Other than that it’s great!

This location has always had great pizza. I’ve never had to wait for my order. The only downside to this location to be the parking lot but when you go in the evening, there’s not many cars there. I also only order online to be picked up in the store and they have never incorrectly made my order. Not to mention the two pizza deals are great value and plenty of food.

They sent me a promotional piece in the mail and when I went to use it online, all their website did was waste my time then I tried to order by telephone and they said they would not accept the promotion so I took my business elsewhere. They really should not be sending people offers That they have no intention of honoring.
