This was supposed to be a)hot when it arrived b)no banana peppers c) add jalapeños d) extra pizza sauce e) extra icing. None of the above is what I ordered, paid for, and tipped the driver for. This is a continuous issue and it’s not being addressed. I have called for 30 minutes with no answer at all to complain and have this issue resolved. You’re losing a customer due to a lack of proper food preparation and order filling skills, also lack of care to resolve your mistakes. Thanks.

This place is trash I got this “steak hoagie” with cheese and mayo. There is nothing on the sandwich at all mayo and a little bit of meat. It was terrible and over cooked, it took forever to get my food and this is what they gave me! I called to get a refund or something they offered me a $5 credit. But this hoagie was not $5 so I’m confused. This location sucks definitely going to go to another one next time because this is not okay!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My family ordered through uber eats. Not only did they not send all my food they said they ran out of bread. Why not tell the delivery driver by order is incomplete. They couldn’t send water’s instead they sent Pepsi which we didn’t ask for nor do we drink. They didn’t send any of the extra Sauces that we paid for. When we called them the phone just continously rings. Finally someone answered saying hello, But this us a business why not answer the phone in a pro manner. STAY CLEAR OF THIS SWISSVALE LOCATION. I emailed them for a resolution which they asked me to do according to their response and of course they ignored the email. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION.

The pizza was great, but I could tell by the previous reviews I should have stayed away from items outside of their pizza, But I was like “eehh, you can’t really mess up something as simple as chicken alfredo”.. and boy was I wrong! It was disgusting. I took a bite and had to throw the rest in the trash. Looked like they used chicken out the can and forgot the sauce. Waste of money

2. Always friendly people but the new management has pizzaz (no bun intended) 🙂
3. Orders filled fast, when she said 10 min it was ready in 10 min
4. There is room in there for a wheel chair or two. but i suspect this is mostly a take out Business
5. diversity in the work place and i general had a good time interacting with the people who worked there
6. The deals are off the chain and you can order online, over the phone or at the counter.

On a good day the food good. Recently they have a new white female manager who actually looks dirty I’m not being rude but it’s the truth. She sold me a nasty calzon wasn’t cooked all the way. It took everything in me not to flip on this rigidity new manager. Won’t return until she quit

I am so angry. We are never ordering from here again. Not only did our delivery driver get lost and our food arrived cold and late, but he didn’t even come with all our food! He came with our two orders of wings and said he had to go back for our pizza! My kids are so hungry and upset. We order almost 2 hours ago! Our pizza finally arrived but instead of 2 large pizzas, we were given 2 small/medium pizzas. We paid $65 for 2 smallish pizzas and cold wings. Never ever again!!!

I ordered BONE IN wings and received Boneless instead! I also ordered a Medium pizza and received a small half cooked soggy pizza!! This location does not care about quality food! Do not waste your money! This is my fourth time giving them a chance, and each time it’s always a disappointment!
