Overall awesome place. The workers are always nice and make your food fast. There are different cooks and they all make the pizza a bit different. I have been doing business with them for at least 10 years or more. Through all sorts of changes. We really miss the manager who had an accident. I wonder where he is now.

Something changed within the last 6 months or so. New owners or managers? I used to love this vocellis, but the last two times I ordered here, the pizza was terrible. Hardly any cheese on the pizza and skimped on the pepperoni. The dough itself was dry and the crust was practically inedible.

Gave one star only because zero stars wasn’t an option. On 9/13/2023, I ordered a Neopolitan with extra cheese on half and pepperoni on half, and an order of breadsticks. Pizza was terrible. The crust was paper thin and over cooked. The breadsticks were more like pitas, puffed, hollow shells. I have been a customer of Vocellis on Rt 286 for 30 years. Never.going back. Terrible… stuff… can’t really call it a pizza.

Not the first time I’m disappointed by the Golden Mile Hwy Vocelli Pizza. All the toppings, cheese and sauce are slid off the pizza and into the right back corner of the box. It was supposed to be a medium buffalo chicken pizza. Before I knew it’s condition, I had set it on my slate and wood coffee table. It leaked all over my table. I’m furious. It’s friggin pizza, not brain surgery!

My 81 year old parents place a pick up order. When my parents stopped to pick it up they said they tried to deliver it. Mom told them it was for pick up. The order was canceled. Later the owner called and told my parents that they were banned from placing orders there. My parents really liked their pizza. Bad bad customer service.

Apparently this place is doing so well they just turn away customers when the open sign is on and the door is unlocked at 10:59am. I came in with intentions of ordering, it was 10:59 am and the two workers looked at me and said “we are not open.” Again the open sign was lit and the door was unlocked. According to the website they open at 11:00am. I realize I was one minute early but to turn me away was just rude and poor customer service. I will drive out of my way to find another place to order from.

Ordered a few months ago and was delivered to the wrong house. Paid a tip online and they refused to refund it because “the driver had to agree to the refund” thankfully the family down the street was nice enough to bring us our pizzas and wings. Tonight we ordered bacon “cheddar” rolls and there was no cheese in them what so ever and a small bacon chunk. We also ordered a white pizza which was supposedly sold out and they still charged us for the pizza and never notified us. Horrible business and people working there.

We ordered 2 Strombolis. They were done on the outside. Completely raw on the inside. The pepperoni didn’t even get cooked. Cheese was still on strings.
I get that they are very short handed but at some point you quit taking orders if you can’t keep up.

I ordered on door dash and I wanted light sauce on my pizza but DoorDash wouldn’t let me edit it to say that so right after I placed my order I tried calling and the one guy picked up, yelled at me on the phone to hold (5 minutes) and as I was trying to explain that I ordered on door dash with my name he immediately cut me off and started assuming I was calling about the time of my pizza being done and delivered, saying he had no control on the delivery driver and the time he delivers it. Once he let me finish what I was saying, I asked him that I just wanted to know if my pizza could have light sauce. He proceeded to tell me that he already has it in the oven and that I should have told DoorDash since “I bought the pizza through door dash and not through them”. Understand you’re busy but please do not yell at your customers to hold and cut them off, assuming what they were calling about.

We ordered food through the online system last night and received the confirmation email immediately after placing the order. No status was provided and we didn’t hear anything from the store. After an hour we tried calling multiple times and were sent to voicemail each time (there is no voicemail set up). Then we received a text saying it was out for delivery an hour and 15 minutes after placing the order. (We live 8 minutes from the store but didn’t have transportation) It took another 30 minutes to receive the food. No explanation was provided on what was going on. Food was correct, but half was cold. Wings were very sad looking. Not sure what was happening last night.
