The food here is great. If you’re a customer you’ll be pleased with your food and service. However, do not apply to work here. The GM plays favorites to the highest degree, causing good workers to leave because he refuses to do anything about the bad workers conduct.

I was very pleased with my experience at this Vocelli pizza. I had a buy one, get one free sub coupon, so I got 2 subs and Vocelli rolls and my total was $30, but with coupon, it came down to $20. I called and placed my order and the person who took my order did an excellent job making sure everything was accurate. Upon arrival, it was ready when quoted and when I got home, everything had been made with all adjustments correctly and it was hot and delicious!

ordered delivery and my total came out to $37 so I left a $7 tip. they called me and said that I had to leave a bigger tip to get my food and basically had me round up to $50 to leave a $13 tip. Good pizza but I probably wont order here again.

In my opinion easily the best chain pizza around. My typical go to is a large with pepperoni and bacon but I decided to get the red top pizza this time, and boy I was not disappointed. Soft yet crispy dough with a good chew, you know it’s good dough when you can eat the crust in it’s entirety.

I love Vocelli pizza! Their food is delicious and the service is superior. Whether it’s pick up or delivery, I’ve always received excellent service, with a smile!!! Not so easy to do when you’re wearing a mask. Highly recommended!! Mango Habanero wings and Pesto Vegetarian sub are my favorites!!! ❤️

We ordered a lot of food on Tuesday the poor guy had no employees, but out food was FANTASTIC!!!!!! Give that guy a raise!!!!!!!! 2 perfect pepperoni pizzas, beautiful made cinnamon stickes, amazing salad and sub!! thank you so much for the food we really enjoyed it!!!!!!

Order four pizzas and only three were delivered. Called the store to alert them of the issue. Was told a replacement would be made and delivered. The replacement pizza never arrived. Yes I understand this was a busy Friday night but, I’ve worked customer service and retail management and you always follow up to make sure the issue was resolved. Not only did our pizza never arrive, we were never credited the amount of the pizza. Thank for you stealing our money. Shame on you for terrible customer service.
