Here at our poolside jewelbox, dishes as simple as grilled wild-caught fish and as decadent as house made pastas speak to us. So do crafted cocktails. In the land of perennial sunshine, we can’t help but dive into our fresh supply of colorful produce to revive the classic American and European cuisine we love with a lighter touch. At Viviane we offer free valet parking, dining indoor and poolside on the heated patio for lunch and dinner, weekdays for breakfast, and weekends for brunch. Our private dining room suits smaller cocktail parties of 25 or seated celebrations, from dinners to brunches for 15.

The place has a very calm, grounded feel to it. Nothing feels rushed or overly polished for show. The staff move with confidence and seem comfortable in their rhythm, which makes the whole space feel steady. It’s clean without feeling sterile, and the overall setup feels thought through. Everything just flows in a way that makes spending time here easy and pleasant.

Pepe was an amazing waiter. The restaurant recently changed venders and used a different bakery for their croissants and these new croissants are not fresh. They need to change back to the old vender with fresh croissants. Otherwise food and service as well as ambiance was fabulous.

Wonderful service. The hotel is amazing. Concierge staff super friendly and accommodating. Food was healthy and delicious. Pool scenery w/ bamboos create a wonderful ambience. Great for family/friends brunch or casual business meetings. The food doesn’t take long to come out which is good if you’re hungry, which we were.
Strongly recommend trying one of their green juices. They’re well worth the price (not watered down with ice).

Enjoyed the atmosphere a lot was sat outside around a pool. Do that were a bunch of little kids inside the pool playing it was nice to be outside. Only problem or issue I would say was the extremely over price drinks. They were using relatively cheap liquor but charging exorbitant prices. Food was good

The ambiance is nice, not too loud and not too crowded. Food is decent, but i was expecting more for a place like this. Cocktails weren’t really up to par with the environment as well. If you’re not looking for fancy fancy but just a nice place to have a bite, that might check the boxes.
