We celebrated our 11th anniversary at Vive Bene Italian Restaurant last night, and what a lovely experience it was! Even without a reservation, they accommodated us, and the staff was incredibly friendly.

The restaurant was beautifully decorated for Valentine’s Day, creating a romantic vibe that made our night extra special. Our server, Jonathan, truly enhanced our experience with his fun and attentive service. One of the highlights of the night was the piano player, whose music added a wonderful atmosphere to the evening.

While the food was good, it wasn’t quite to our taste, but the ambiance and excellent service more than made up for it. We’re so glad this gem is local and just a short drive from our home. We can’t wait to come back and try different things on the menu!

Thank you, Vive Bene Italian Restaurant, for a memorable evening!

I have visited for both dinner and brunch. The restaurant has a very warm atmosphere and the attention from the staff is excellent. Every meal has been delicious, and much better than your average Italian restaurant in the area. This is a wonderful addition to the south Jersey community.

We went tonight to check this place out since it is new and a small business. Glad we went. The food was amazing. We had the arancini, pork chop, and mafalde carbonara. Everything was delicious. Mafalde came out a little dry for my liking, but our server got me more sauce and it was perfect. Everything was so good I forgot to take pics of it all. But it was great! I did remember a picture of our dessert, which was a homemade apple torte. OMG…. Completely amazing. I don’t have a seeet tooth but I could eat this every day!

Now on to service. Maybe the best thing about this place. Rachel was our server and I wrote her name down because I will literally return just to see her. Friendly and attentive…. and aware. Everything could have been terrible and she would have saved the day. Manager stopped by to check on us and was super friendly.

I will definitely be back. This place is a 10/10

I cannot say enough good stuff about this restaurant. From the time I walked in, I was promptly seated. I came in solo and Justen the bartender kept me entertained and whipped up some of the most delicious cocktails! I planned on just having a drink after a long day at work, but after looking over the menu, I decided to try the Pappardelle Bolognese and didn’t regret my decision! I will definitely be back thank you for the amazing service

My wife and I along with another couple decided to try Vive Bene Italian Restaurant last evening. We remember the restaurant as Assaggio and prior to that Tre Figlio. It did not disappoint.

The four of us split two appetizers and had four different entrees. The food was excellent, the service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was warm. We are hopeful more folks try Vive Bene because this is a first-rate Italian restaurant in Galloway Township.

Went for dinner on a Friday night in November. It was very busy. We were seated upstairs adjacent to the piano player. I was a little apprehensive about how we could converse sitting next to the piano, but he played at a very low volume, which was perfect! The service was extremely professional, prompt and courteous. We recognized the bartender and the food runner from other restaurants in the area that are now closed, which was nice because we knew them to be excellent. All of the dishes on the menu are in Italiano, so if you are not familiar with the various pastas, etc., you might want to study the menu in advance. The drinks were superb. The Pappardelle al Bolognese was excellent, as was the Pollo Parmigiana Croccante. The desserts were excellent, also. Although the menu and website state there is a 3% fee for using a credit card, it was not charged. You might want to bring your debit card, just in case. The prices are a bit higher than you might expect in this area, but they provide a very high end experience. I definitely recommend!

The atmosphere was ok but the service was rushed! They had plenty of seating available yet the minute you put your fork down to enjoy the conversation the plate was removed. We literally had to show that one of our friends still had soup in his bowl so the waiter would leave it. We wont be back. Impossible to enjoy a meal when being hovered over. The food was good but again, we couldn’t enjoy it because we wanted to enjoy our conversation as well.

Came here upon opening, ordered the burrata, calamari, veal parm, and NY strip. The veal parm had a great crisp and the steak was cooked to perfection. All of the food was phenomenal and fresh. The dishes were creative while being traditional. The bread and different spreads prior to ordering were also delicious. The seasonal cocktails were great and I was appreciative of the servers recommendations! The servers were extremely friendly and knowledgable, especially for just opening! Chef Sal came out to check on how our food was and explained the desert options to us. We went with the tiramisu which was the perfect end to our delicious meal. The ambiance was warm and inviting and the whole experience all around made for a great date night!

Viva Bene! Great experience! Great food! We were seated right away Rachel immediately came over for a friendly greeting. Antonio came over with water and bread, we both had salads garden and classic Caesar perfect! We then had gnocchi and meat and Salmon with a nice butter sauce! Wow! We took home ricotta cheesecake and biscottis. Highly recommend viva Bene!
