Just had a fantastic meal here. Food was delicious and the service attentive without being intrusive. This was the first time that we were not questioned for not ordering rice or bread and having papadoms with the main meal. It was a breath of fresh air.

We were staying at a small pub/hotel on the same street and were recommended this place. We didn’t know what to expect because some curry houses can be a bit iffy. Not this one. From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty by the staff. Nothing was too much trouble and received suggestions for our meal. When it arrived we were delighted and enjoyed every morsel. Almost certainly the best curries we have ever had.
Certainly not overpriced but be aware, a hefty 12.5% service charge is added to the bill. For us it came out at about the same as we would leave anyway so it didn’t matter but I like to be given the choice.

Must visit! When we came to the UK for our honeymoon, we made reservations for all the poshest places we could find in all of Scotland, Wales, and England. This lovely restaurant we happened to stop at by chance turned out to be our very favorite out of them all. When we walked in we were immediately impressed by the delicious smells, beautiful floral decor, and lovely music playing. The entire staff was very attentive throughout our dining experience and we excellent conversation with them. We ordered Ali’s special and it was EXPERTLY spiced. This was truly a highlight of our trip. I would return to the UK just to come back here. Absolutely wonderful all around. Thank you so much!

3 of us enjoyed a really tasty early evening meal at Vivaanta.
We tried the lime ginger sea bass, lamb Hariani and chicken shaslick. Accompanied by soft and fluffy chilli and coriander nans.

We were staying at the racecourse campsite and were looking for somewhere to have a meal close by. Having read the reviews we decided to give the Vivaanta a try. We are so glad we did because from the moment we arrived to the moment that we left we could not fault the place. The staff were friendly and efficient. The guy who served us was particularly lovely …joking and making us feel welcome. We had read a few reviews complaining of long waits for the food but in our case it was just right. There were lovely touches, like the waiter coming and asking us if everything was to our liking, then hot towels at the end and mints with the bill. The food itself was fantastic… beautifully spiced and well presented. We both had the fusion starters which were particularly good . Our curries were delicious too! We are hoping to make Warwick our home when we retire in a couple of years but we plan to return for several more visits in our motor home before that. We most definitely will be returning to the Vivaanta!

2 hour wait time for deliveries. Cold food and strange curries that are just tasteless and bland. Over priced and staff who act like they don’t care. Such a shame and such a wasted opportunity to offer a decent service and value for money. Poor

Ordered 1 meal to share with my partner.
Curry,rice,roti,poppadoms, 2 beers and on doubt we would of ordered more beer
Something that we do often with no issue.
(Why order 2 meals when we know we’re not going to eat it all)
Only for this time,a member of staff came up and questioned the 1 meal.
Told him we’ve done it before, no problem.
His reply was,we’ll do it this time but not again!!
Well after getting up and saying they can stick their food,this is one place I won’t frequent again!

Had a fantastic meal here,the food was excellent, great quality and the portions were more than enough.
But the added bonus was the professionalism,and interaction with all the staff who conversed with us and had a laugh with us bringing a real human touch to our evening, would definitely recommend and we will be coming back from Birmingham to enjoy this service again.

The customer service is superb! This is fourth time but the staff are all professional and you have been take cared from the time you step on the resto until you depart from them. Excellent food and affordable for budget. Hope you wont change and continue to spread your professionalism to every customer to come.
