We had been wanting to try this place for a while so we were pretty hyped up tonight. It’s in the old Wahlburgers building and the landscaping definitely needs some upkeep and mowed. We arrived early so there were plenty of seats. I wish there were more separation inside but it kind of feels like a big open room with tables. Our server was very attentive and friendly. There are PLENTY of fajita and margarita options and ours were amazing. Some of the best fajitas I’ve had around here. I will say that I think the prices are a little high for our area. All in all I would go back but I feel there are better priced options that may get more of my business. Definitely worth trying though.

My boyfriend and I stopped in here after seeing a review on TikTok. This was hands down on of the best experiences I’ve had from his random dining adventures he takes us on from his TikTok scrolling. We got the Flight to Mexico, each margarita was delicious. It was even on special so we were able to save a little. He ordered Tacos de Pescado and I ordered Quesabirra, both of us loved every bite. Also be sure you get the Texas Dip too!

The food was presented amazingly. Just that in itself will bring me back. I had the hanging elote and the skewers. I asked for no onions and extra peppers. Steak was a little chewy but it was still good. He had the taco flight. Im gonna bring my oldeat son here next time. He would love it.

Nice open atmosphere. Love the decor. Table side guacamole. My food was fantastic. I had the birria pizza. My husband decided to make his own combo of a chicken and beef taco with a chicken enchilada. Unfortunately, he was not impressed. It was your standard Mexican food fare and he said the enchilada sauce was kind of sweet. So, my advice is to choose an entree. The margaritas are great! I had the tamarind and he had the guava. Prices are a bit high (16 and up) but what isn’t these days? We will definitely go back!

Excellent food, helpful friendly service and well loved the ambiance, atmosphere and decor in the dining room. The taco flight was excellent with my favorite being al carbon. The flight to Mexico was great, though by the time I made it to the final glass it was melted down, but not sure if that wasn’t my fault for drinking them so slowly. Overall a great experience. We will be back, especially since I saw at least a half dozen other dishes I want to try!

My friends and I all agreed that the food was delicious. That may get us back to this restaurant.. What the Restaurant needs to work on is getting food to their guests hot, not lukewarm. All five of us had that experience. Our waiter was either inexperienced or did not care about a table of five elderly women. We tried to flag him down numerous times and usually had to ask another server to get him for us. He never checked back to see if we were OK. One of us ordered a Pepsi and it was never refilled. At three dollars a glass, that is expected. Waiting for our tickets was another issue. Also we asked for another basket of chips and it was never brought to our table. So my suggestions are that you serve food very hot and that you train your servers to be more attentive. One other thing that was disturbing was that tables right next to us were cleaned off with the use of a cart instead of the plates etc. simply being removed and taken to the kitchen. Thank you for the opportunity to give you my opinion. Your menu is so diversified that I want to go back and I will, but I will expect to have hot food and better service. Thank you for allowing me to tell you about my experience.

Ate dinner here with my family. All the food was delicious and good size portions. Asada tacos were amazing. We had appetizers and all ate something different from the Menu. Everything was wonderful, I give my highest recommendation if you like authentic Mexican food. The Jamaica drink was fresh and satisfying. Will be trying something new on Menu every time we visit. Anxious to try everything, all so delicious so far

Five of us had dinner last night for the first time at Viva’s. The food was very good; however, it was served warm and was cold by the time we finished. Very disappointing.
We each had a different meal but the complaint was the same with four of us. Food was not hot.
Our server was friendly but not very attentive. One basket of chips for five people and when we asked for a refill, it never happened.
After food was served, our server never checked back about drink refills, to see if we needed anything else like salt, more napkins, to go boxes, etc.
When it was time to leave we had to ask another server to locate ours to get our bill.
When leaving, I visited with a couple I knew who was eating at Viva’s for the first time too and they expressed the same opinion. Food was good except not served hot.
We want to go back and hope the staff has received additional training and the food temperature issue has been resolved.

First, the food was fantastic. I appreciated that it was not standard texmex fare that is typically found in this area. The sever was knowledgeable and helpful but seemed stretched by too many tables. Our table wasn’t bussed at all through the meal- we had a stack of empty glasses, which is a personal preference but not a deal. My son loved the churro cart and we liked the options of flights for tacos and margaritas.

We were greeted with smiles, and quickly seated for our party of 4 (kids age 16 and 5). While English is not the first language for all the staff, we were able to easily communicate.
The atmosphere is stunning. Bright, colorful, artistic and modern.
It was fun looking at all the items on the menu, then seeing other people’s food/ drink come out. It was hard to decide. Everything we ordered was delish. We can’t wait to go back!
