I love mexican food, but I didn’t like this place. I like most mexican food, but this one didn’t appeal to me. The hot sauce wasn’t to my liking. I thought the prices were high for what I received. And it wasn’t very clean inside and it felt run down.
It also wasn’t very busy either, so I don’t think they get too busy. I have heard that this is a go to for after bar food???
It’s not for me.

The food was just okay…. Not terrible, but definitely not good enough for me to want to come back. What really made the experience worse was the customer service when ordering. The woman taking my order didn’t greet me, was rude, and acted like she didn’t want to be at work. The cook, however, was friendly and had much better customer service. This was my first time here and unfortunately, it will be my last.

Very good, everything’s fresh can’t believe it’s open 24 hours. very brusque but efficient service. Shrimp tacos were g old 7 out of 10, but the salsa was really good, a sort of straight Rojo, muy picante con mucho sabor. Would definitely return, if only to gawk weakly at the shrimp burrito, a sort of Burritostar Galactica that is too much for me at this point in my life but oh, what a beautiful monster. In addition, The campechana was a surprisingly strong contender, mucho aguacate, AND the crackers were not stale. Still, I wonder why they gave me so much ketchup, when I didn’t ask for it?

Wake up to early cause you’re still on east coast time? Need something to eat and don’t want the usual all night garbo? “Viva” Tacos La Estrella got your back and got it good. So go on inside and get you some tacos, or a chile relleno, or a burrito or something….

This place serves hearty burritos and tacos at fair prices. Very filling and staff is friendly and efficient. The best part is they’re open 24 hours. Limited free parking in small lot.

To be honest this restaurant was OK. Nothing to be excited about but definitely fills you up. So I was craving some tacos and of course my favorite is Al Pastor. It was late at night and this location seemed to be open near me. I ordered the Al Pastor Tacos and an asada burrito. I also ordered an orchata and a Jamaica juice. And the drinks were awesome But the one thing I don’t understand is the Al pastor. It tastes like dry pork, It doesn’t have the sweet sauce it normally comes with when the pineapple melts to it. It’s definitely not Al Pastor. I’m just saying this because if you want to eat those kinds of tacos you gotta go to the good places. The burrito was all right I enjoyed it, although I don’t eat much Asada This was pretty good. I’m not sure what this location is famous for, but im good.
Staff were nice. Restrooms were clean and dining area was spacious and clean. You also have to speak up in there because they’ve got Is a huge plastic Protector for covid and it’s hard to hear on either end . Not to get the order wrong.

The attitude of the cashier was polite, but the cook was a bit dark, emotive wise. The carne asada burrito was lacking, specifically in rice and meat, and was tempting me to complain. I bought a carne asada wet burrito afterwards, and it was incredible.
However, after around 1:30 AM, the Cashier informed me that they close at 2 AM. Suspicious, I waited outside to verify.
She lied. I took a picture of their sign, and waited for more customers to come in. Several people came in at 1:59. Photo #2 was taken 2:13 AM. I stopped waiting, and wrote the review. I arrived at the restaurant at around 11:30 PM.

The burritos are the best! And the green salsa is so good but one green salsa for the size of the burritos they make is some BS. Im a latina and they straight robbing us. If you are the owner and reading this you know dam well you eat at the very least 2 salsa’s with one burrito. Stop being like that. Anyways the shrimp cocktail is pretty good too

I usually don’t write reviews but WHAT? Used to like this place but it is SOOO NASTY now. And they are so cheap, it’s gross. $2 for a large Togo box? The prices are ridiculous. Didn’t even finish my tacos. AND they didn’t have lime
