Stopped in for a bite to eat and some drinks. Good drink selection and food options. I ordered an a la carte meal and it was priced well and tasted fresh. My friends tried different flavored margaritas and said they were great. Great spot on Richmond Rd.

We had dinner tonight at Viva Mexico on Richmond Road with my wife and son, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted promptly by friendly, welcoming staff and seated right away. Our server was outstanding attentive, warm, and made us feel completely at ease.
The food exceeded our expectations, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality. My wife and I make it a point to go out on a weekly date, and this was easily one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in quite some time. We enjoyed it so much that it may become our new regular spot.
Highly recommend giving this place a try—thank you to the team at Viva Mexico for a fantastic evening!

My family and I have had several meals at Viva Mexico as well as using it for catering different events. All of our experiences have been absolutely top notch. They are so great to work with, the food is great quality and always fresh, the staff is beyond friendly and wonderful to work with. I cannot recommend this restaurant, this group of folks and their food enough. I highly recommend that you take your family and friends to one of the locations and assure you it will quickly become a family favorite!! 5 STARS to some great, hardworking folks!!!

Salsa is really good, traditional flavor, the spicy salsa is by special request 5/10 on heat but flavor is fantastic, they will bring a jalapeño based and guessing the second is habanero based. I ordered chori-pollo one of my favorite dishes, hands down the best in the Lexington area. Very flavorful cooked to perfection. I drove an hour to try this restaurant and I will be back

We decided to try this restaurant because it had a high google rating. The staff was friendly, and the food was good. Usually, Mexican restaurants can pump out the food super quick, but our food did take a bit to hit the table. This wasn’t a huge issue for us. Maybe they were making things from scratch in the back. The seasoning on the fajita chicken was extremely flavorful and their salsa and beans were yummy. My husband got the lunch fajita and the value of cost vs. portion was extremely high. No skimping on the portion. Overall, the experience was good, until the last 15 minutes. At the end of the meal our waiter disappeared and didn’t come back for about 15 minutes. We just sat there waiting for the check and it did get frustrating because we were ready to leave.

First time customer. I love the decor inside you come in and you wait to be seated. My server was very nice. I came on national margarita day ! The happy hour margaritas were very decently priced it was 550 for 20 oz and .50 Cent more to add flavor. Very happy with my food. I decided to get the Al pastor tacos with pineapple. I want corn tortillas and personally these taste it like flour, but the server said they were corn. Either way they were very good and fulfilling. It did start to get busy at the end, but I love how the servers helped each other out as well as seeing the manager be very involved. I hope this business goes for I would recommend this place to others.
