Our cashier Shannon was not pleasant, made faces of aggravation when we asked questions. We felt like a burden.
The food was great. I will say you only get 2 small flour tortillas for the side. $2.68. Seems a bit over priced but everything else we felt like we got our moneys worth.
We will go back. Hopefully Shannon will not be our host.

The quality of your servers has gone way up. I’ve been coming here a long time and for the most part, the front line workers were always very indifferent and unfriendly. Ordered through Doordash and the good was amazing! The chicken was perfectly seasoned and juicy. The plantains were ripe and cooked beautifully. The rice was very flavorful. Their drinks are very fresh and tasty. Overall, the food and packaging was very desirable! Will order from here again!

Came in today for my lunch break, as soon as I entered the building Helen greeted me with a smile and a “welcome to viva!” She ended up being our server and my experience was exceptional to say the least. Food was hot and delicious, exactly as I’ve come to expect from this viva location. That combined with this outstanding service is a recipe that will always have me coming back for more. I’m extremely pleased with my lunch today and Helen’s service. Wish I could give more than five stars here, 10/10 recommend the Tacu bowl and Helen as a server!!!! (:

Food was great as always. They have a newish employee I hadn’t seen before working the tables. Her name is Helen and she is one of the hardest working employee I’ve ever seen at a restaurant. She was super attentive with the folks eating and cleaning up afterwards.

Me and my husband love viva chicken. We love most of everything they have on the menu. Everytime I bring someone new to try, they end up liking. Plenty of food for a very good price. The unique sauces go with the chicken, rice, veggies. The specialty drink, maraquay is so good. Def recommend this place to anyone who haven’t been yet.
