Viva was so good to us! Every staff member we encountered greeted us so politely, even during our meal just dropping plates. The food is amazing. Kudos to the chef! & JOE! Joe is awesome! Everything he recommended was exquisite! Margaritas with salty foam! Ahhh and The atmosphere is a VIBE!

YESUA, ENZO and DANIELLE were soooooooo amazing!!!! Danielle greeted us with such a great smile and warm service. She made our drinks so tasty as well! Enzo was such a cool guy with a lot of knowledge about the place. He answered a lot of the questions we had and was just really fun guy to talk to! Yesua never steered us wrong in what to order and how things were made. He was super helpful with the menu items and made us feel at home. Customer service was top notch from the hostess (didn’t get her name but she was so sweet!) and even the guy that brought us our food (funny guy that didn’t make me feel like a big back for ordering everything twice!)
Secondly….THE FOOD….FIRE! Every level of flavor and goodness that food can hit! My husband and I came here on our way to our room at Conrad World Resorts. We just happened to walk by during their happy hour after seeing a show at the Sphere. The prices looked great so we had to give this place a try.
Being LA natives, we love some good Mexican food and were excited to try out what they had! We ordered the steak tacos that were made of wagu beef, and the QuesaBirria.
As I’m writing this my mouth is watering again!!!
The meat was so TENDER and had so much FLAVOR! Perfect amount of spice!! And the quesadillas….I just can’t with these….AMAZING! I could’ve bathed in the consommé they had on the side
We were so delighted to get such fantastic Mexican food here! No lie…some of the best I’ve had.
We’ll be coming back to try their chilaquiles and more for brunch! I high key wanna try EVERYTHING on the menu but alas…my wallet won’t allow for that at the moment

Everything was delicious! My 12 yr old loved everything we ordered. Customer service was amazing. I would recommend placing a reservation. I do think portions are small but very delicious. Prices are reasonable.

Came to Viva for happy hour and was pleasantly surprised! While the happy hour menu had a small selection, every item we tried was absolutely delicious! We ordered one of everything just to sample it all, and the flavors did not disappoint.
The service was outstanding from start to finish! Friendly, attentive, and welcoming. We just missed their drag brunch, but it looked like such a fun time. Definitely planning to come back again!

Overall atmosphere matches with the food. comforting, good size plates and service is impeccable. I did not have to ask for water and always served graciously. seatings are cozy and I would recommend if you’re in groups or dining by yourself.

We ordered the quesadilla and shrimp tacos. Service was fast and friendly. Their refried beans tasted like they were from a can. The salsa for the quesadilla had a unique nutty, herb-like flavor. It didn’t really go with the flavor of the quesadilla. The quesadilla itself was delicious, as was the avocado crema. The shrimp tacos had lots of flavor they were a battered and fried shrimp.

OK…. so Viva! Has THE BEST FRENCH TOAST EVER. The 3 leches French toast is absolutely to stinking die for, especially with a good cup of their coffee. When I tell you it transported me to a lil cloud, where everything is leche inspired…wow!! My husband and uncle really enjoyed their meals too! If we come back to Vegas we will definitely come back to Viva!! If your in Vegas, you should definitely go!!!

It’s not a bad meal by any means just not one that lingers in your memory once you leave. Go for the vibes and the drinks, but temper your culinary expectations.

My husband and I sat at the bar on a Thursday for brunch. The bartender Abraham was awesome. We started with their house margaritas with salt foam, amazing. Ceviche is one of the best we have ever had. You could drink the broth. We finished with steak tacos which were phenomenal and had a little kick to them. Overall 10 out of 10 recommend.
