On 12/18/25 I placed a takeout order for a Sicilian pepperoni pizza. Upon arrival for pick-up, I received excellent customer service from counter associate AMY who completed the purchase transaction quickly and efficiently. Subsequently I received the pizza after a very short wait, at the time stated during the phone order. When I arrived home, we served the pizza to our guests and it was delicious, although I also think a bit pricey. Not thrilled that they don’t accept credit cards. Overall however, we were pleased with this takeout experience at Vito’s Pizzeria of Pinehurst in Aberdeen, NC!

We would vote 6 stars if there was an option! Found this terrific spot to dine while traveling between clients! We moved here from up north a few years ago and the food there was tops! Came south and the food is pretty disappointing to say the least. This place is THE FIRST pizzeria that actually makes DELICIOUS pizza. The portions and pricing are on point. The sizes and recipes are always the same no matter who is cooking or serving the meals. The staff is polite and friendly when you come in, they greet you immediately and quickly get you seated. We’ve been fortunate to get the same waitress each time we’ve been and she’s great. Drink orders taken when she seats you, promptly returns with them, when you’ve decided your meal choices she orders them immediately (which I appreciate because I’m usually running and on time constraints with appointments). The food is freshly prepared and every plate I’ve seen come out has generous portions and looks amazing. The entire restaurant is CLEAN. Fresh flowers have been on each table each time we’ve visited and the tables are never left dirty. The kitchen area is spotless and the staff is always friendly!

Surprisingly there are not many good restaurant options in Pinehurst. It seems to be a challenge with keeping good people.

Vitos reminds me of pizza from NY. Excellent food, great wine selection, although the seating is very limited. I highly recommend Vitos.

Worst experience ever. They dont have Ranch or sale Motzerella cheese sticks or Ranch dressing and said closet to ranch we have is something I ain’t never herd of like what Pizzia place doesnt serve cheese sticks and Ranch!? I wanted the lunch special that comes with 2 slices and a tea for $8 So went to pay for it with my Debit card and said OH sorry its cash only we don’t take card. Like put a big sign on the windows or door that says cash only! Then she said but there’s an ATM behind you ahh no thanks im good walked out went next door to Food lion to get some cash back after having to buy a small bottle of Ranch just to have with my pizza. So I then called back to place order over the phone said I wanted the 2 slice Pizzia lunch special and waited a few minutes went back in and paid for it then recognized i didn’t have my drink and a different lady said oh you just orderd 2 slices you have to specify that in order to receive it and tried to charge me extra just to get my Tea like seriously and sad thing is ain’t really nothing else over there thats a good place to eat so didn’t have much of a choice to eat it or go hungry and the girls were just rude as hell and there vibe and Atmosphere was shitty as idk what!! So yeah it was awful! Plus the pizza wasn’t even that good. The whole time I was wondering why is this place so dead at peak lunch time and now I know why. That was my first and damn sure will be the Last!

Update: After coming here for over a year, this is my favorite pizza in the immediate area. The food has been 100 percent consistent and delicious.
This pizza is definitely tasty. This is the Sicilian 18 x 12, a photo for those as curious as I was with nobody around to actually post it. So here we go –
We ordered the house salad, garlic rolls and the Sicilian (that’s the XL) with pepperoni. The sauce is good and the bread taste great. I would order this pie again. Garlic rolls were good but could use some extra oil and garlic. Great bread but needed some more kick. The house salad was great, pretty sure this is house Italian and it was delicious.
8/10 will be returning.

The pizza was decent but for what i paid for a medium pizza, I expected it to be great. The waitress was great, food came out fast and was nice and hot. I would rate it higher but due to the price, I just cant do that.
