I ordered a BLT. I received no lettuce, no mayo, and the crust is even broken and missing.
**Edit: They remade the pizza and it was in fact a BLT like it was supposed to be, but by the time my husband had gone there and back again his food was cold and had we looked at the bread beforehand he would’ve taken that back because it was somehow burnt. (Never ever had that issue before)We should’be never been served these items with poor quality like this in the first place. I had stopped ordering from this Vitos because of prior issues, but last time I ordered it was perfect, so figured whatever was going on before was over.

It was my 1st time at this place and I was just looking for a quick spot to grab lunch. Best calzone I’ve had in years! Nice and doughy but with the perfect crunch. You can tell they use good quality ingredients but I could really tell from the pepperoni which was highly flavorful. And they have a variety of sauces they cook inside of your calzone that’s make it chef’s kiss! I took bite in the parking lot just to taste it and damn near ate half of it lol. Going back again soon. I didn’t give it 5 stars because I ordered pick up and when I arrived the man at the counter who wasn’t doing anything made me wait for my order which was just sitting there . I was on my lunch break

Tried ordering because they gave a $25 loyalty coupon. Wouldn’t go through on the website so we called in and the manager Dustin flat out refused to honor it said there was nothing he could do. Got very rude told me I needed to take it up with the GM, wouldn’t let me leave a voicemail for them. Told me I have to call back and then hung up on me. We won’t be patronizing vitos in the future.

2.20.24 UPDATE- 5 stars for Food because my food is always hot and fresh and delicious. 5 stars for service because I’ve been ordering here since they opened so even when a seldom error occurs (as humans do) they bounce back and react swiftly to do everything they can to rectify the matter. The owner responds to concerns asap and is doing a great job with a great team. Kudos to you all! 5 star for atmosphere because it is what it is….a pickup establishment. It’s clean, bright, friendly and courteous staff…best of all GOOD FOOD.

Love vitos pizza but whenever I order original crust it’s never done. To doughy while the toppings ( pepperoni) is crispy.. If you could figure out a temp for your oven so the dough is actually cooked not wet dough still that would be wonderful.

My hot pizza arrived at my home exactly on time and was delicious. Fresh green peppers, that were sooo very flavorful tipped the experience over the edge! Love Vito’s, it’s always good. I probably come here every other week and I’m always pleased. They have great Tuesday specials with a different specialty pizza every week at a great price. It isn’t a sit down restaurant, so I can’t really say anything about atmosphere, but it’s fine for take out.
