This place is tore up. They have three employee working poor girl and the restroom is blown up. They have toilet paper in the automatic hand dryer. I had pizza from here and had an upset stomach for days. I hope management sees this post and does something about the state of this restaurant. My mistake three people working and the restroom on looks like this? The dining room was clean but would you eat anything from this Vito’s????

Last time I ordered, there was a mistake, it was a Friday, they were busy, and sometimes mistakes happen. I just left there with what I wanted last time, and I can’t not cram an entire slice into my beak. The deep dish is so damn good. Ask for a little extra sauce on the deep dish, you’ll love it. Here’s the clincher, a manager overheard me talking to the clerk at the counter, explaining that I wanted a different pie than I got last time. I was not rude, was not aggressive or talking loudly at all, she’s got damn good hearing. And she comp’ed my pie. I was hesitant to go back, but I love vito’s pies, figured mistakes happen, so it’s done, not going anywhere else. That manager knows what she’s doing, brought me back from the edge of enduring a pizza hut pie. Now back to the pie. Look out Jett’s, vito’s coming after your your deep dish customers. .

I ordered “The Works” specialty pizza with the deep dish crust once I arrived in-person, not online or over the phone. It was done in about 20 minutes, which was within the 20 to 25 time frame I was told when I asked.
The atmosphere was neutral, not negative or positive, mainly because nobody was there when I was.

Super fast and always fresh. My sons love pizza so we order a few times a month! The few times we had it delivered, it was always fast and driver was friendly. And don’t forget your FREE crust toppers!!

The deep dish pizza was not what I have expected, instead of the fillings, base/crust itself was too thick and also the taste was just okay, but not savory. Was not good enough to try more than once. It was kinda disappointing.
