Staying in a downtown hotel so I ordered online for contactless delivery. The pizza showed up in 15 minutes piping hot and delicious. The driver even called a few mins out to let me know he was close. Great experience.

We ordered pizza through this location and on the notes we asked them to leave the pizza inside the enclosed fron porch due to it raining. The driver left the pizza outside on our steps and the entire order was ruined from the rain. When we called expressing our frustration about them ignoring the notes in the order and leaving the pizza in the rain, the manager Darlene was absolutely horrible. We asked for the order to be remade and she said ok, but then hung up on us. I called back to cancel the order and ask for our money back because of the attitude and they ignored our calls from the number we used to originally place the order. So we had to call from another phone to cancel the order and stuff but Darlene refused to give us corporates number so we had to call the douglas location and they gave the number right away. When we choose a different location for delivery online it wont let us choose a different location so vitos pizza has lost our business for life.

WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN. SECOND TIME MY DOUGH HAS BEEN RAW. i called an the manager that talked to me argued with me for 5 mins saying its impossible for the dough to be raw. its as thick as paste its still raw HELLO. SO UPSET NOW BECAUSE OF HOW THE MANAGER TREATED ME!! i can see it clearly in person but in picture its a little harder. the second an third is a bit worse by the crusts the dough is quite clearly raw

They didn’t have what I ordered but they didn’t call to tell me. They brought something else. I called to let them know, and the shift manager was extremely condescending. She said she wouldn’t take my pizza back and exchange it.
Even though I didn’t eat it. I asked for her managers name, and she laughed and said, “Idk what she can do for you that I can’t.” I said, “She may send me another pizza.” She replied, “Well, I don’t think you want to wait another hour for a pizza again.” This was a waste of my money. I’m not even going to eat it. Smh.

Today, I ordered 2 cheese steaks which was delivered. The telephone ordering service was prompt & courteous, as well as, the delivery service so, a generous tip was given. However, the food…raw onions and soggy tomatoes left a bad taste in my throat and the pit of my stomach. I gotta cook more often!

I’ve worked in the pizza industry and I get how demanding it can be, but my job never let us struggle to the point where we can’t even make orders in a timely manner.

Property for All
I called several Dominos Pizza stores who would not deliver so, Vito’s was my last resort. They get points for that but failed were it really matters–delicious food! The person who answered the phone also cooked, then said Vito Pizza is better. WRONG! I think that I over-tipped.
