I just renewed but need to add something. I am not able to drive due to epalepsy and it is nice to be able to have pizza every once in a while. Thank you for delivering to me. You are six minutes away from my house. The Marcose on South Ave. is closer but they won’t deliver.

Used to be better, what you do get is tasty, not sure if it is summer workers or a decline in training. The photo is my cheesey bacon jalapeno bread, with (being generous) only half the listed ingredients and is cut like a foldover. One example of the emerging screw ups. I’m lucky I get the amount of sauce cups I pay for (no luck tonight). Asking for things on the side means you simply won’t get it.

Crusty nasty dry old pizza. It was like I received an order that was made 3 days ago. I also ordered something extra on my cheese bread and the bread came plain. I called and the manager offered to remake the order and deliver it “for free”. Not a coupon or anything. Lady I have to be up for work in 4 hours I’m not waiting another hour to get another dry, disgusting pizza. Rude as ever

I was initially just upset about the delivery driver calling us to go to his car on the street for us to get our food, when the driveway and walkway were both freshly shoveled, but everything tastes like it was made with old dough. It’s musty tasting and even worse today.

This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered within a month, and it’s gotten progressively worse every order.

This is the second time I’ve ordered from them since they reopened. The pizza was terrible. The crust was blown up to 1/2 of each slices size and the top layer of the crust wasn’t done.
The rest was lack of reading my online order. Didn’t add extra cheese and covered it with parmasan completely which I didn’t check off.
I’m sure they are losing business from other patrons. Don’t waste your money until they fix their internal issues.

Super! Fast delivery! Delivery guy was nice and pleasant. The pizza, wings, salad, and Diet Coke was a fantastic Friday night meal! Super easy, very pleased:)

While I absolutely love their pizza, I have to warn you about the Domino’s on the south end of Toledo – avoid it like the plague after 5 pm! The night shift crew seems to have a knack for messing up orders, leading to deliveries that arrive hours late (if at all).

And don’t even bother trying to call the manager. They’re rude, dismissive, and quick to offer coupons as a band-aid solution instead of actually addressing the problem. I just want my pizza, not a stack of coupons for a future order I’m not sure I even want anymore.

It’s a shame because the day shift is the complete opposite. They’re efficient, friendly, and always deliver quality food quickly. It’s like night and day between the two shifts.

If you’re ordering from this location, stick to online orders during the day. Avoid calling in, especially at night, because it sounds like a zoo on the other end of the line.

I know pizza places like this don’t always care about who they hire, but it’s incredibly frustrating as a customer. I shouldn’t have to drive across town for a decent pizza experience.

Despite this, I still love their pizza, so I’ll continue ordering from them – just exclusively during lunch hours. Hopefully, they’ll eventually get their act together and staff the night shift with people who actually care about doing their job properly.

Ordered a deep dish pizza with extra extra cupping pepperoni. What I received was a deep dish crust with no cheese, no sauce, only extra extra pepperoni. Please do better

The staff here was great! I ordered takeout and sat in my car to wait. The lady came out with my order to find me! That was unexpected and appreciated! I’ve mentioned this to others and they also had positive things to say about their staff. Kudos to you all. It’s refreshing to have people who provide such great service! Thank you!

Summary: Need to go back to putting a normal amount of toppings on the pizza.

I order here often, have for years, & am probably going to stop. I’m not sure when they started cutting their onions & peppers into the TINIEST pieces, but they put about 2-4 micro-pieces on each slice; if you were to line them all up, they wouldn’t make a fourth of an actual slice of pepper or onion. It’s a cheap way to put next to no toppings on the pizza. You can’t even taste them they’re so small. On my last pizza there was one small banana pepper on each slice, two if I was lucky. Look at the picture & count the MICROSCOPIC green peppers & onions on each slice. And there is no in-between when it comes to sauce; ordered regular, there is NONE. Order extra & your pizza is absolutely swimming in sauce.

I understand that prices have gone up everywhere, but charging more for toppings & then giving wayyy less is a shame.
