Would give it 0 stars if I could. I used to work fast food and have NEVER complained about an order mess up, but this situation is beyond me. Last night, 1/22/2026, I ordered a pizza via delivery, they said about 35 minutes for delivery (I live 0.8miles from vito’s). The order took over an hour to arrive (1 Large Pepperoni Pizza, 1 Small Cheese Bread, 1 2Liter). Upon delivery, the driver was being extremely flirty; persistently calling me beautiful, asking for my number, asking to be friends and talk, called me beautiful some more. Even after multiple declines he persisted these types of remarks until I said I have a boyfriend. I felt uneasy because I appeared to be home alone and with that persistent behavior you never know what could happen. After he left, I opened the box and the pizza was cut to shreds and the pizza looked like it was missing slices. Even then, it was getting late and I decided i was going to eat it anyway and try to not let my night be ruined. Took a bite and the dough was 50% RAW! So at this point, I call my mom to debrief the behavior of the driver and the quality of the pizza and she told me I should take it back. However, at this point it was 9:28pm and they were closing in 2 minutes… I throw the pizza in the dumpster after taking photos and decide that I will go in when they open to hopefully get a refund for my inedible pizza. When I arrived this morning, I saw the same man that delivered my pizza walk in and I decided I would only mention the uncooked pizza and leave out his persistent behavior. Vito’s says they can’t find any history of an order with the description or phone number in their system. They asked if I had a receipt which it then dawned on me that I was never given a receipt otherwise I would’ve kept it for when I went in. They told me the GM arrives at 5PM, so I will be returning to question the matter because at this point it sounds like they didn’t process my order and pocketed my money.
EDIT: After speaking with the General Manager, Andrew, I am satisfied with the outcome which resulted in a full refund including the tip I gave the driver. Bumped to 2 stars for the resolution of the complaint.

I ordered buffalo wings, a meat lovers pizza and a salad. The wings weren’t seasoned at all, the pizza was mostly crust and I paid for extra salad dressing and didn’t even get that. Definitely not a recommended place in my opinion. The store wasn’t busy so I’m not sure how you can mess up buffalo wings

I like Vitos pizza. Different types of crust, good specialty pizzas, even like the all cheese pizza.
You have to put something in the pan box to keep it from getting crushed. It ruins the pizza.
Or the delivery drivers have to be more careful..but I put this mess on not having a box that will smash down on the za.
UPDATE: I ordered Vitos again for Thursday Night Football and the pizza was cold and was mostly crust and barely any toppings.
LAST TIME I ORDER VITOS PIZZA.

We do pickup orders exclusively because we have had issues with delivery in the past (Google maps is hard!).
Lately, the pizza has been inconsistent and disappointing. Most times, the pizza is undercooked. When we asked for it to be cooked a little more (but not “well done”) we somehow ended up with twice the normal amount of cheese instead. Also someone keeps putting HUGE amounts of Garlic Romano on every pizza we order, despite not asking for it (see photo). Is the issue a high employee-turnover rate? Does anyone there know how to make a good pizza anymore? When we complained to the restaurant in the past, we received expired free pizza coupons in the mail.
We’ll be taking a break from ordering from Vito’s for awhile.

I’m so disappointed this is literally a clump of something some kind of cloth or hair and it’s baked into my pizza. I’m pissed cause I order here so much and don’t usually have to look for this shit. Hope you’ll make it right cause this is a waster of my money for sure

Ordered a Mac and Cheese deep dish pizza. 2 bites in I realized it was weird. The whole top of the dough was raw, gooey raw dough. It’s the nastiest thing I’ve ever got from any restaurant. Fingers crossed I don’t get sick from it. They offered a credit, and the manager politely attempted to resolve it but this is absolutely ridiculous.

I received a digital coupon via text for 1 free large specialty pizza to celebrate my birthday. When we arrived the “open” sign wasn’t lit so I thought they were closed. I tried the door anyway and they were open. I ordered a mac n’ cheese pizza and was told it’d be ready in 10 minutes. I went back to the car to wait. About 12 minutes later the woman brought the pizza out to me. We went to a nearby park and enjoyed every delicious bite of our score whilst watching a few people disc golf. Great pizza, great day.

I had came in July 9th 2025, having worked a 16 hour shift and not finding my food situation till close to closing time which I feel absolutely terrible about as someone whose worked in the service industry myself) after my refrigerator had conked out on me and My cabinets were extremely bone dry. GM Tori was extremely helpful and got me whatever she had available given the circumstances.
Brownie Bites and a Salad with Italian Dressing and some Cherry Coca Cola to wash it down has never tasted so better.
I wanted to thank Tori personally for taking a huge leap and opening the door for me. I know it can be a personal safety risk and all that and I know it’s not a everyday occurrence at all.

Ordered the special heart shaped pizza with chicken and mushrooms. I got zero chicken and zero mushrooms and a dribble of cheese. This isn’t the first time they did this to me. The first time I tipped them $5 on a pickup order and got screwed anyway. Clearly they don’t care about the quality of their work. Trust me when I say I will never go back there.
