I’ve ordered delivery from here several times now over the past few months, and it’s been consistently bad overall. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but after today I’m finally leaving a bad review.
First of all, the food is mediocre at best. Expect it to be bland and doughy with zero seasoning, and it’s usually burnt as well. Today I ordered spaghetti with meatballs, and somehow they managed to even burn spaghetti. And if you order pizza, don’t bother trying to specify thin or thick crust, it will always be the same doughy mess no matter what you request.
The service is awful too. A few weeks ago I had placed a delivery order, which still had not arrived long after the estimated delivery time – so I called them just to make sure they had received the order and asking if it was on its way. The woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude and made me feel terrible for calling.
And finally, this may be considered a niche issue by some, but it’s important: apparently their delivery people are “not allowed to enter buildings” for delivery. This is a big problem, as I’m disabled and live on the third floor of my apartment building – and for the record, I always make sure to communicate this when I place an order, that I need the food brought up the stairs to my apartment unit. A couple of times they have brought the order upstairs, but usually they make a big fuss and call me to insist that I come downstairs to receive the order. It’s unnecessarily stressful and humiliating for me, essentially being forced to crawl down and back up the stairs.

I ordered a stromboli today on the way home from work tonight. It was all dough in the middle. I called them and was told there wasn’t anything they could do untill next week, but I could email them the pictures of the issue. it’s sad they lost a customer that ordered multiple times a week due to poor customer service.

I ordered delivery this evening and it was the worst experience. I’ve been ordering from here for years and vitos has always been my Saturday night go to when I had to much to drink and dont want to drive to get food lol. The last few times I’ve ordered from here though the food has been awful. The service is great, the people are friendly but the food is ridiculous. I ordered two subs and a order of buffalo wings and the wings were so hard and crunchy I could not even eat them. The lettuce on my sub was also bad and it made the whole sub taste like crap. Just threw it in the trash. Y’all used to be the best in town :(!

For heating the pizza in a heat box it was pretty good pizza it wasn’t hard on the bottom like I expected it to be, i would recommend it to others, prices were decent as well!

Love this place!!! I’ve had their pizza a couple times. And it just keeps getting better. There garlic knots are fanominal.
One thing I noticed, the little fence in the store above the warmer has dust on the whole thing. The trash can is in the exit area outside the main sitting area, little different than usual. Feels like the place could use an upgrade for the sitting area too.
But overall LOVE the place, staff is friendly and helpful, and food is AMAZING!!!

The woman at the register was very friendly and energetic, serving me right away.
My pizza, which I had a coupon for, was bigger than I expected and tasted good. It had a slightly sweet sauce. I didn’t think I liked it at first, but I happily ate the whole thing between lunch and dinner.
It seems they bank on being the pizza place from a movie, but have put 0 effort into the atmosphere other than a little display with a few pictures and autographs

Usually I would give it a good rating but the new sausages they put on the pizza suck. I haven’t ordered vitos in a couple of months so im not sure if/when they converted over. Go back to the ones before. Nov 1 2025

Delivery time was 1.5 hours from time of ordering off doordash. Estimated time was 30 minutes. Wasn’t happy about that but when i finally got through to the store they were apologetic and offered repayment if i wanted much longer. If DD wasn’t creating an expectation of quick delivery i would’ve been fine with the pizza. Not amazing but not a bad product

I ordered around midnight, ETA was 1:15 which seemed reasonable. The first time I called (1:10) the spokes person said that they were out for delivery. The second time I called they said they had gotten pulled over, I asked what time they left, the spokes person said 1:27. I did not receive my pizza until 2 am. It was undercooked and cold. I appreciate transparency in my delivery even if it’s going to be messed up. I did not feel this was a value of this company.

I ordered a sub and a pizza at 1:42 AM. I live 2 miles away and it didn’t arrive until just before 3 AM. The pizza was cold and the cheese was rubbery. It was a sad and kinda gross pizza. Sandwich was one of the worst I’ve ever had. A mass of sliced ham that seemed to be taken directly from the ham package without bothering to separate the slices, slathered in way way way too much dressing, all the toppings falling right out, and the bread’s top and bottom halves separated. There was a shallow cut halfway through the sandwich as if someone began to slice it in half but stopped, and the bread was soggy on the edges. The sandwich fell apart in my hands. I threw it away and I very rarely throw away food that isn’t spoiled. First time trying this place and last time.
