I love vitality bowls! It’s one of my favorite places to get açaí bowls in the Sacramento area. I really love that they have gluten free granola as an option. Big variety of bowls and also option to create your own. So yummy!

Ordered a dragonfruit bowl. I cant complain about the flavor, but the very small portions of topping was unacceptable considering the price. I was excited to try it while on a business trip and I was disappointed. I will definitely take my business back to Nekter.

No one spoke to us or offered us options when I asked about protein. When staff disappeared to make our orders, leaving us alone, a deeper review of the busy and confusing menu noted options for adding supplements. Staff could have suggested several options. I’m not compelled to return. It felt like we were a bother to them for entering the store and asking questions.

I used to come all the time but it seems that whenever the owner isn’t working that the younger employees don’t care as much, the açaí was so frozen it hurt my teeth and they just threw the fruity all around. None the less , what used to be standard is now MID. I’ll give my business to nugget and Nektar..

Expensive for the quantity, it reminds me of Santa Cruz though so decide to try. >> Not a good place for a High Protein Meal.

First time here because a few friends recommended it. Definitely will be my last time. Upon entering I see the large menu for Acaí bowls was attempting to make a simpliar blend in my head an older lady came out just looked at me and walked back to the kitchen. Struck me odd for a restaurant type of place, typically GOOD customer service is when someone walks in you say welcome in, or have you been here before? Can I help you out with something & or reccommend. None of that occured today. I have been to a few places for acai bowls locally as well as out of town and the standard price I’ve paid is $10. Here I ended up paying $14+ that had no point of sense to it especially since the bowl I wanted and ordered was just acai/pitaya/kiwi/bee pollen. I asked for chia seeds & granola as well however, that seemed to go over the woman’s head since it’s not in their typical set of combinations. Hence, it never making its way into my bowl. Nothing serious; but it seemed to be a
nuisance for the lady to process because she seemed to be more focused on the bowls “appearance” than the actual request of the customer. After my bowl was ready she brought it out then asked if I wanted a bag. I said no it’s fine, she then said, “well I hope it tastes good because that’s not a common mixture….I said oh it will taste just fine because that’s what I always get. My bowl was good as I anticipated, but my overall experience was not a good one and I won’t be back!

First time trying this place and can’t wait to try more! I got the kids bowl because I wasn’t sure if I would like it but I was pleasantly surprised by how fresh everything was and actually the kids size is a perfect portion for breakfast!
Ordered through DoorDash and it was delivered quickly and everything was still cold

Ate there once. Too pricey! Do you see the photo below of their pataya bowl? It’s maybe half full, they are skimpy! I went to an awesome acai bowl place in sandiego that knew how to do it, whatever bowl size you order they fill that puppy full and lots of fruit til it’s over the top. That was for a medium bowl overstuffed for the grand price of $9 and the line was out the door. People were excited for what they were gonna get.
Happy delighted customers is what you want. I’m adding a photo of my bowl in Sandiego to show you what it should look like.

I went here last Saturday and got a bowl, panini and smoothie. Food was exceptional. A little on the pricey side but to me it was worth it.

So disappointed in this place. Not only did they get my panini order wrong so after paying for Postmates I still had to go in for the correct order. To top it off they told me their juicer just wasn’t that good for the kale in my juice I over payed for. I payed $6-$7 for apple juice… I go here all the time but that’s definitely the last. You can’t seriously tell mr there’s kale in this.
