IF YOUR ON A BUDGET Don’t Go!!! Really good pina colada smoothie BuT definitely not worth the money. No activity there’s about 2-3 people walking in every 30 minutes. Employees just sitting down not welcoming. Only go for if you have money to spend and only go for pickup.

Thirty-three minutes waiting for an 8USD peanut butter and strawberry jam sandwich that I could have made at home in a better way, don’t go! Do yourselves a favor!

Vitality Bowls is our go-to spot when my son—part athlete, part nut, full truth-teller—refuses the siren call of ice cream and demands something that fuels his body *and* his standards. This place delivers every time.

I always get a smoothie—made from fresh fruit, never shortcuts—and each one tastes like it was blended with intention. You can taste the difference when a place commits to scratch-made health food. I’ve also tried the breakfast burrito wrap, and it was hearty, flavorful, and satisfying without the post-meal crash.

It’s a small space, but the energy is mighty. Usually just one or two staff members holding it down, and they’re absolute counter ninjas—taking orders, prepping food, blending smoothies, and doing it all with a smile and a rhythm that feels choreographed. They make fast service feel like a kindness, not a rush.

There’s something ceremonial about our visits here. It’s where we go when we want to nourish without compromise, when we want flavor without guilt, and when we want to honor our bodies without sacrificing joy. Vitality Bowls isn’t just a health food café—it’s a ritual of refusal, a smoothie-powered act of sovereignty, and a place where even the smallest wrap feels like testimony.

I’ve lived in Silicon Valley for 18 years, on weekends we usually go to different areas of the bay. Los Gatos is one of my favorites, because it is close by and there are many options to eat. This Thursday we went for lunch and after living in Kauai where I discovered asai bowls for breakfast, I wanted to try this healthy option. The place is small, it only has tables inside, the staff is very friendly, they helped me choose my lunch: A Supergreen Goddess Salad, chicken egg cucumber green goddess dressing feta cheese mint superseed crunch which was delicious and a chewy marshmallow for a sweet treat.
They also have toasts, paninis, wraps, juices, many options of açaí bowls, smoothies, Numi tea. They have an application to earn points: Spend $10 = 100 points.
I highly recommend this restaurant for a fun time.
Update: Today I have the Green Glow Bowl, so good and tasty

The acai bowl and panini sandwich were just okay, nothing really special. Acai bowl skews a bit too sweet.

Fresh and expensive. Tons of options all made to order. They took their time. I might come back here if I had a lot of time on my hands. I would not come here if I was in a hurry.

PLASTIC SHARDS FOUND IN AÇAÍ BOWL!!Attempts have been made to file an incident report with the manager of the restaurant, but this establishment would rather do nothing than ensure this does not happen again. It has been several days after reaching out to owner and staff about this incident and yet, we have received empty promises and a verbal assurance that the issue has been resolved. DO NOT eat here if you value food safety. Shame on Vitality bowl for the lack of transparency that its customers deserve. This bowl was meant to be a pleasant lunch for my 90 year old grandfather but instead he had his well being put in danger.

I’m actually shocked. We ordered this meal through Uber Eats was TWENTY dollars and received this- a handful of lettuce, spoonful of rice and the ingredients that were ordered were missing. This is a steak and potato bowl- where are the potatoes? Lol this was the worst false advertising I’ve experienced.

Walked by and was offered a açaí bowl and smoothie sample and it was so good we decided to go in! The manager was super helpful in explaining their fully customizable offerings including gluten free and allergy conscious items. Definitely give it a try!
