I like the taste of the acai bowls here. But each time I have ordered with them, they have always missed at least one ingredient that I paid extra for, and they don’t even pick up your calls. Never place online orders with this store- make sure you check your order in person at the store.

We placed a catering order for 20 people on a Saturday for delivery on Tuesday, and the experience was quite disappointing. The order was delivered over an hour late, and when we called for an update, the staff was rude and unhelpful. Several items were missing, and nothing was properly labeled, which made it extremely difficult to figure out whose order was whose. This was especially concerning because gluten-free items were not marked at all, so I wasn’t able to eat my meal.
On top of that, no one picked up the phone when we tried to follow up. Overall, the service was unprofessional, the food handling careless, and the communication nonexistent. Unfortunately, we won’t be using Vitality Bowls for our business catering in the future.

A super yum, plentiful and healthy bowl of nutritional vegan deliciousness! I hauled The Superfood Bowl whilst on the move, fantastic Acai with wholesome and difference making ingredients made this an awesome visit and I thought it was rad.

They need to clean their grill! I got a wrap there today and it looked disgusting, it had a lot of black grime from the grill. Also, the filling was cold. The potatoes seemed to have been frozen and were still cold. Then, I complained and got another wrap that also had some grime. Both wraps smelled like stale oil. I used to go to the Mountain View location and their wrap is really good.
