Lots of options for both savory and sweet food. Interior was clean and empty, service was amiable. Staff was knowledgeable about the menu and answered questions patiently. Food can take a minute for them to make so, not necessarily a great option if you are on a timed break or in a rush. Time was taken to create an appealing presentation for my Acai bowl and it was absolutely delicious! Will be back!

Vitality Bowls of Colorado Springs make devious healthy food for you. Today I attended an Open house where a realtor in my office catered the Broker Open from Vitality Bowls of Colorado Springs. There were Chicken and Steak Wraps and they were awesome. There was also salad, kiawe, and it was tasty as well.
I have had there fruit bowls as well and they are fantastically delicious. Frozen bottom with fresh fruit on top. A perfect snack on a hot summer day.
I would go again and highly recommend Vitality Bowls of Colorado to all my friends.

The vibe was on. The food was delicious. Kombucha on tap. But then—the color-changing spoon is what did it for me. They didn’t have to go that hard for us. The only negative was the amount of time we waited for our food.

When this place first started it was great. I used to come here all the time. Slowly but surely this place has fallen off to the point where I will not be patronizing this business anymore unfortunately. Multiple other customers have complained about the people running the store and I agree with them the store is not being run correctly. I used to be able to call this place at 6:30 place an order and snag my food at 6:50 before they close. I would always call in in order early so that I wouldn’t show up at 6:50 and then put it in order to be courteous to their kitchen. Now these guys just won’t answer the phone after 6:30 p.m. so I can’t rely on them. Super frustrating when I put so much work into controlling my diet to not be able to stick to my diet because this place will not answer the phone. I’ve seen the way whoever is responding to these reviews has responded to multiple other reviews also indicating that the staff is not doing their job and this place is run by children. I 100% agree with those negative reviews. How many times do you have to get the same feedback about the people that work at your store before you realize the common denominator is not that your customers are jerks. The way this place is being run I’m sure it won’t be here much longer but if I was the owner I’d be really upset about how these people are “not running” my store.

There was a variety of options for different tastes and dietary restrictions, so we both easily found choices that sounded good. The casual but comfortable atmosphere was just right and we loved the mountain views. The Mighty Med Salad was a refreshingly different steak salad than I’ve had before. We’ll definitely be back!

Went in planning to order soup, but was told “we don’t offer soup”. See the attached photo that I took on the day we visited indicating otherwise. The panini I ended up ordering was moderately tasty.
Addendum based on the owner’s response:
To clarify… The photo I took on the day of our visit does indicate advertisement for soups, both on the door and the window. Soups in the plural would imply more than one soup offering. If this restaurant seldom offers any soup, then perhaps remove that from the signage?

Our first time trying Vitality Bowls. We all got açaí bowls. My husband and I shared both of ours; he got the Blue Bliss and I got the Dragonfruit. My mom-in-law got the Superfood. We all loved ours and will definitely be returning! Especially as it gets warmer outside, the açaí bowls are a great cool and refreshing treat!

Ordered paninis with no dijon as i have an allergy. As i bit into it, it had it on it. My husband ordered a steak wrap but had no steak? They really should be paying more attention to the order details when making the food. Allergies can kill peoples and there should be no reason to leave steak out of a steak wrap?
Later edit: they did refund the items after i mentioned the issue which was really great of them to do. Just worried about eating here with allergies if things arent made properly to order…

The staff is really friendly and helpful, I wasn’t sure what to order and they helped me pick something delicious. I really appreciate that they took the time to go through the menu with me. The restaurant is super clean and cozy. They have a large menu with lots of options especially gluten and dairy free options.
