Awesome spot right off the main road perfect for a hot day when you’re in desperate need of a pick me upper.
After a car wash, decided I needed some fuel. It was a super hot summer day so nothing pairs better than a nice smoothie. I was highly craving a smoothie bowl but sadly didn’t have much time to enjoy one. I always feel like if you don’t sit down properly to enjoy a smoothie bowl, you just end up with a brain freeze.
So I went for the next best thing: a power protein smoothie! They have a vegan version with pea protein and almond milk which was awesome!
I happily took this to go but this Vitality Bowls location is a complete vibe to come hang out and do some work or stop in for a quick lunch break. Love their fire place and cute neon sign. I’m a sucker for neon signs hehe.
The window tints keep this place nice and cool and you can sit by the window and people/car watch. Plus it’s so conveniently located and great as a post grocery run if you go to Aldi.
Overall, great spot for a healthy treat. They have $6 wellness Wednesday smoothies!

I stumbled upon this place since I searched healthy food on Google Maps, so I decided to give it a try. I was greeted (without a smile or any warm energy for that matter). Once I got my food, she never came over to see if I needed anything (she and I were the only ones in the place.) She just disappeared into the kitchen until I left. I was sitting in my car when I saw her come out. It made me feel like she didn’t want to be bothered.
I do have to say, I had the steak burrito and it was really good. Overall atmosphere was nice and clean, but just dead inside. The neon lights for the signs were off, fireplace off, TV off – just really no sign of life. It is a Thursday about 6 pm and I thought she was getting ready to close since she had her winter coat on and it was so dead (they don’t close until 8).
I’m thinking I’ll give it another try for the coffee and a different meal, as I’m not really an açaí person. Could def use improvement in customer relations and having someone who can bring life to the place or maybe I came on the wrong day at the wrong time? I guess we’ll see.

They have a ton of different healthy options smoothies, bowls, juices all fresh and delicious. Omg the Green Glow Bowl was so delicious. I wish it had a bit more lettuce and a bit less grains. But it was so wildly delicious, I’m not sure I would change anything. I almost didn’t try this place bc of the lower ratings, and I’m so glad I did. It will be my go to when I’m in the area. I also got green juice, which was also delicious.

Vitality Bowl It’s an amazing healthy place to eat, go eat there alone or with good company, either way you will be pleased! The restaurant is clean, cozy with lots of lighting space all around. Great for families and even couples. The food is well presented, the bowls are artistically arranged with fruits and vegetables and nuts put together on abowl, on a bed of a smoothy array of well combined blended mother nature delicacies. What more can one ask for, from a all natural bowl of fruits, vegetable and nuts with no preservatives, condinents or artificial flavors?
Lisa the owner, came to our table personally to welcone us to her restaurant, she is a very friendly, assertive, and warm person to speak with. She asked how we liked the food and was surprised to learn that we traveled almost 1 hour to eat in her place. Lisa made us all feel very welcome and appreciated. My daughters and their friend were very happy with their foods. And when kids say they like something… you better believe it, they are my favorite picky eaters. We sat by the fireplace and took pictures eating our healthy dinner. We ordered different dishes and tasted eachothers foods, we all liked them all, pretty impressive. I can’t wait to visit them again.

As soon as I entered, the staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The order took a bit longer because they have a dedicated area for celiac and it was worth the extra wait. The Açaí bowls, juice , paninis were delicious. Would recommend this place for sure and will definitely return soon.

If i could give zero stars I would. This location now has new owners and when i tell you they SUCK they absolutely suck. With all previous owner i used to come here about 5 times a week. I have stopped coming here since because my bowls tasted horrible or we’re missing ingredients my salad bowls would literally have 2 pieces of meat and 3 salad leafs. Today i decided to stop in after a while and i totally regretted this decision. There was no gluten free bread available and i was informed of this after i made my purchase online through the app. I asked what will they do to accommodate me and the girl literally had no answer. Than i get my so called large braniac acai bowl and it was made half way!!! HALF WAY! it is such a shame how terrrible this place is now. The food here isnt cheap and i expect my food to be up to par! I do not recommend this place. To be honest i would love a refund for my order that was not filled how it should have been!!!! My toast barely has any pumpkin seeds my bread was not gluten free as i ordered since they ran out and with previous owner this was never a issue my toast was jus oddly prepared with the tomatoes and my bowl was half way filled and watery!

The food is clearly packaged processed garbage. The chicken is chewy like it was heated up frozen chicken from the bag. Also, why do business use disgusting packaged avocado. Just slice a fresh avocado…

I used to eat at Vitality Bowls all the time. Switching owners isn’t easy, so I wanted to give the new management some grace as they transitioned. I stopped a few times over the last 6-ish months, and the service could use some help. They also have a coffee machine, but was told it’s not working (I mean, it’s been 6 months). The prices of the bowls have increased, but the quality is lacking. Today, I had a business meeting at Vitality Bowls, which opens at 8 AM. No one arrived until about 8:10 AM (with a bunch of us waiting in the parking lot because we had let them know our group was arriving). I noticed the tables looked like they hadn’t been cleaned, and again no coffee. Our group decided to leave and go elsewhere. I’m not leaving this review to hurt this business by any means, but I’m hopeful that the new owners will see the other reviews and do something to turn Vitality Bowls around.
