Ordered an Xlg Ham, gren and black olives, jalapeño, mushroom pizza no marinara but, instead garlic butter for the base. And Xtra cheese. It was thee absolute best pizza we’ve had. Ralph did an awesome job! We also ordered Garlicky cheese breadstix with jalapeños, 1 chicken bacon club and 1 ham, cheese,mushrooms and black olives sub. Everything was great! They never dissappint. Best pizza in Rockford for sure.

Issues with the economy and rare good workers can make running a business hard. This shop has been running great for a long time. Recently I have noticed an incredible progress in satisfying food. They’re making a good stride and effort to beat the odds and continue great service. Not everyone has to be friendly but the food quality lately is spectacular. 5 stars / would recommend. Support local, the economy is hard as it is, this place has served me well some years now.

The service has been rude, and disregarding to comments or concerns.
I’ve asked numerous times for extra butter and parm on my cheese bread, was charged for it, and then got nothing. One time they put them in separate containers and told me I had to put on myself.
Last night, toppings weren’t distributed evenly, and the pizza and cheese bread weren’t even cut.
I’ve reached the point, that if they don’t care to do things correctly, then I don’t care to give them my business anymore.

Off Market Self Storage
We are usually vitales loyalists but the past two times the pizza has not been the same borderline horrible. Over cooked, cheese is difficult, burnt cheese bread something is just off. The only consistency is their great delivery driver who always texts us because he knows we have dogs and a baby.
