This is the third time the have dropped the ball on my orders. All I wanted is a half deluxe +green olives pizza half cheese. They even called me and I explained what I wanted. Not complicated. Then they love to forget to give you your dipping sauce. Just down with them I will drive to Russo’s in Hopkins from now on.

We get the 2-topping 18″ & cheesy bread sticks combo and it feeds a family of 5. The pizza is always perfectly cooked. I love the atmosphere. I walk in and everybody behind the counter is smiling and having a good time with each other. It’s just a great place with great food!

I was absolutely blown away by the service. I held my rehearsal dinner here and Denise went above and BEYOND. She was serving us, refilling drinks and keeping everything flowing so smoothly. She made us a picture frame and blanket as well as these beautiful bouquets! I will be back as often as I can to support Vitale’s and Denise. 5/5 and I wish I could rate it higher. This place deserves it.

Food is always great, and take out staff is super friendly. But I do have one complaint, I know a few ladies commented on their way out as well. Larry the manager was raising his voice and arguing/yelling at a server while customers were around. The server, she remained calm and continued to do her job while Larry was yelling at her she even asked to discuss the matter later. I do not think that was professional at all to do on the dining floor. I would not dine in while he is working, or he needs to fix the way he talks to his staff.

As always the staff was Amazing! They delivered in in less than all the time that originally estimated. It was very well appreciated that we didn’t have to go out in the snowstorm. A huge major. First time visit. This place is amazing. Very clean and up to date. Our server (Elizabeth) was friendly, quick and took our order without writing anything down! The side salad was great. Fresh crispy cold greens with amazing house made croutons! The pasta was perfect and this was probably the best creamy Alfredo Sauce I ever had. The portion size was way more than enough, but unfortunately left no room for desert. Maybe next time.

My boyfriend and i’s first time at Vitale’s and it was busy and Serena was the only sever working (11/12/25) she had an upbeat attitude and very friendly. Making sure everyone was enjoying their food and asking if they needed anything else. If she seen a cup half empty or completely gone, she’d ask if they wanted a refill. Food was fantastic and fresh, didn’t take long either! This is one place I feel I won’t get judged! Great place and great friendly people :))

My wife and I were visiting for the weekend, and we wanted to order pizza to go. I used my laptop, but it was still set for Central Time, so I was an hour early.
When I got there on a busy, snowy Saturday night, they told me that they would start my order right away, but it would likely take 45 minutes.
As I walked away from the counter to settle in for a wait. I overheard her say “he is here now, so let’s fire the order now. 25 minutes later, I was out the door!
Oh, and the pizza is amazing. This will be our first stop next time we are in town.
