Incredibly fresh, delicious Italian food. The pizza crust was perfect, the toppings were fresh, and everything was absolutely delicious. The wedding soup tasted much like my own. I am Italian and it is hard to please me with Italian food but this place tastes like my Nonna’s! Maria and Vinny put their heart and soul into their food and they are such gracious hosts. I can’t wait to go back and try more dishes! Buon appetito!

I’m a fan of great authentic food. Today was my first experience with Villani’s and I was not disappointed! This is not your cookie cutter corner pizza place. The pizza dough is fermented and risen and has a pungent flavor that screams love and attention! Everything was delicious! I look forward to trying one of their pasta dishes.

We were visiting Bethlehem and came across Vitale’s for dinner. I had Gnocchi marinara and my husband had pizza! Both were excellent, the pizza crust was crisp and the sauce delicious. We ended up going back on Saturday for dinner, we had ravioli with salad and spaghetti with meat sauce! Both perfect and the salad was cold and crisp! The owners and waitress were all very friendly and accommodating! We will definitely be coming back!

Best pizza in Hellertown… crust is amazing…. Cook is top notch! Had dinner with friends last week…. Wedding soup, lasagne and linguine with white clam sauce were excellent… the owners make the atmosphere top notch. Maria, Caesar and Jose make it a great experience.
