This was my favorite coffee shop of all when we visited Sandusky! The barista was so warm and friendly. She recommended a dirty chia with her favorite syrups and I am still dreaming about that drink. I went back the next day and got a red eye and breakfast sandwich the coffee, espresso and food was delicious. I wish I didn’t live 8 hours away!

Vita was absolutely wonderful! They accommodated our group of 20 for breakfast the morning after my daughter’s wedding, and everything was perfect. The restaurant is beautiful — warm, inviting, and a great place to celebrate. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and everyone loved their meals. Our server was amazing (I wish I remembered her name!), and her helper, a young man named Garrett, was outstanding — so attentive and hardworking, he seemed to know what we needed before we even asked. Tom, the owner, went above and beyond to help set up our reservation and make sure we had an excellent experience. Highly recommend Vita for amazing food, great service, and a beautiful atmosphere .

Really great gluten free offerings! We absolutely loved the food we got and having gluten free Mac and cheese available is The coffee is also delightful and I was impressed with all the flavors they had to offer. Staff was great and the building is beautiful! Handicap accessible and parking available as well. Definitely a place to check out in the Sandusky area, just make sure you check the hrs first as they do not have regular ones.

This ornate & magnificent (previous) bank building is perfectly suited for the cafe it has become. I loved perusing the individual artists sections of personal items & sitting enjoying my breakfast with a large cup of coffee. The ceiling was the highlight for me & as you can see absolutely beautiful. Another must stop when traveling through Sandusky.

This place was so nice and the ceiling is a gorgeous piece of art!! I had two iced coffee’s and they were amazing Tiffany the barista was so sweet and made the best coffee!! I got the Chocolate cherry pie & Coffee cake latte! I also had lunch there and did the create your own sandwich and it was delicious our waitress was Chloe and she was great very nice and attentive while serving us even tho it was busy.

VITA hot plate dinners is such a fun experience. The meat was delicious and it was so fun to cook it on our own. The building is beautiful and our server was so friendly. We were the only people in there at 6pm on a Thursday. Now I will say the sides were disappointing. There are no options and you get whatever they choose and for us it was fried potatoes and asparagus which unfortunately came out cold. We warmed them up on the hot plate with our meat. The dinner rolls were not home made and the same ones you buy in a freezer aisle. The only complaint on that is for the price I expected more home made flair. I also understand the side options because in this economy it’s hard to offer a lot and then not sell it. I just wish there was even 1 other option to sub something out with. Service was quick and like I said our waitress was so kind and gave us some history on the building and the shop.

I will always visit this place for this sandwich when in the area. Coffee was really good, service was really good and Omgsh the sandwich was phenomenal!!!! Our food did take waaay too long to come out for a breakfast sandwich but other than that def worth stopping in!!
