First time visitor at Virginia Kitchen and was definitely satisfied with my experience.
Ordered their staple breakfast option i.e. eggs, bacon, hash-brown and bread. The food was good, nothing fancy but a solid breakfast meal. The service was extremely quick and efficient.
The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and had a homely, family-owned vibe.

Today we discovered Virginia Kitchen and loved it. It’s a family owned business with a long history and very nice personable service. The food is solid. The service was wonderful. We felt very comfortable and relaxed and noticed a very steady coming and going of regular customers. It has a cozy atmosphere and we will definitely be back. By the way, many are bilingual!

I visited Virginia Kitchen and ordered their Eggs Benedict and a Belgian Waffle. I didn’t enjoy the food, it was not very flavourful or anything special, more on the lower tier of what was the standard of the items that I ordered in my opinion. Some of the cutlery and plates on the table were dirty, the restaurant definitely needs a little makeover as well. Service was okay but I wouldn’t come back for these breakfast items, although there seemed to be a few regular customers that the servers knew by name and greeted which was nice to see. Thanks

Good location with ample parking a wonderful breakfast deli serving fresh food. We had omelets hash brown toast and pancakes with hot coffee. The pricing is fair and the servers are friendly & courteous.

First time customer and definitely coming back!
My son and I ate breakfast here this morning and was pleasantly surprised. I found this place on a whim driving by and decided to stop in and eat on a Sunday after church. They were busy but still had no wait for seating. Our server came to our table immediately after we sat to take our drink order then came back a few mins later for our food order. I had the country fried steak and my son had the light fare breakfast. Both of our meals came out extremely fast and was pipping hot and fresh. Both orders were correct and the food tasted great. Our server came by a couple times to check on us and was quick getting whatever we asked for. The prices for breakfast is very reasonable and the amount of food given is filling. I’ll definitely be back!

Stopped here traveling with my family. Food was excellent. A few items missing when food initially came out but it was corrected quickly. Otherwise excellent service. Pictured: fruit cup, egg white omelet, traditional waffle, cinnamon puff French toast, club sandwich, and Faith’s pretzel sandwich. Meals were delicious

When I asked for crispy hash browns- they delivered… and in record time! They are the first restaurant that ever made my hash browns as crispy as I want! The service was excellent. A wonderful neighborhood diner. We will be back for sure!!!!

Virginia Kitchen is always a win. The service is great. The food is solid. It is just a good old time family Diner. I’ve been here twice in the last 2 weeks for a reason. Both parties were 4 or more and the service didn’t lack. Depending on the time you go, you may have to wait up to 10 to 15 minutes. Minutes. Turn their tables over relatively quickly. Always call in advance if you have a large party to warn them.

I wanted to like it really bad and the wait staff were really nice, but the food was genuinely atrocious. We ordered both specials and both were just wet, soggy, poorly seasoned. The sausage gravy was so uniquely awful, very gummy and pretty much no sausage. The country skillet was 90% just super unseasoned soft scrambled eggs. The home fried potatoes were the wettest, most flavorless potatoes you’ve ever had. The French toast was just soft, overly sweet cake not toasted or soaked in anything, I think maybe just egg that couldn’t actually soak into the already-wet cake they were trying to use as “toast”.
