If you’re looking for bold flavors, fun presentation, and a laid-back hangout spot, this is the place. The vibe is casual and energetic, with brick walls, bar seating, and an atmosphere that feels like a mix between a cantina and a neighborhood hangout. You can grab a beer, catch a game on the TV, or just enjoy the lively crowd—it’s not fancy, but it’s definitely full of character.
Now for the food and drinks—prepare to be impressed. The micheladas here are next level. They don’t just hand you a drink, they serve an entire experience in a cup. Loaded with shrimp, cucumbers, lime, and even giant sticks of spicy jerky, these micheladas are as much a meal as they are a drink. Pair it with a cold Corona or Dos Equis and you’re set.
The seafood dishes are just as good—fresh, flavorful, and dressed up beautifully. From shrimp cocktails with just the right amount of spice to tostadas piled high with seafood, avocado, and salsa drizzle, every bite tastes like a celebration. Even the presentation pops with colorful toppings and sauces.
Overall, it’s a fun, unique spot with food and drinks that go way beyond expectations. Perfect for when you want something casual but still crave a wow factor.

This was our first stop after arriving in Galveston and checking into the Tremont House for spring break vacation. This was on our list of places to try while visiting Galveston after seeing the online reviews and pics. It did not disappoint at all! We had the chicken flautas and they were amazing and way bigger than we anticipated! My daughter loved her vanilla ice cream with strawberry fanta drink, I had the daiquiri flight and my husband had a dressed miquelada that was amazing, too! It is a small restaurant inside, but there is also seating outside. Very friendly folks were running the place and very helpful at offering suggestions. This place is MUST GO!

My friends and I went in only to order beef jerky and a margarita. The cashier asked us to repeat our order, and when I asked to speak with the owner, he claimed to be the owner, which I doubt was true. The service we received today felt very unprofessional, so we decided to leave.

I am not sure what the issue is, came in for a daiquiri. Asked a simple question to either Sylvia Or Sonia Avila and she answered with sarcasm “EVERYTHING is to go, don’t you see” as she took better care of another customer right in front of me. I also work customer service I understand difference between pressure and just rudeness.
At least the drink was good though. But again poor service unfortunately. Wish this business the best though!

Came on a Saturday afternoon and location was pretty busy but we were greeted when we walked in and the drinks did not disappoint. We got the Pickle Cantarito and a Frozen Margarita.

Literally treated me like I was dumb after ordering in Spanish ordered in English still treated me I was a nobody. That’s crazy honestly since he claimed he was the owner and you’re playing nothing but Spanish music with a very obvious Hispanic menu.
