A Unique and Fun Self Wine Tasting Experience ✨

What a great find! This self-serve wine tasting spot at the mall is such a unique idea — a perfect blend of convenience, fun, and sophistication. You can explore a wide variety of wines at your own pace, from crisp whites to bold reds, with tasting options of 1 oz, 3 oz, or 5 oz pours. It’s the perfect setup whether you want to sample a few new favorites or enjoy a full glass while relaxing.

The customer service was excellent — the staff were friendly, welcoming, and eager to help explain how everything worked. They made sure we felt comfortable using the machines and even offered a few great recommendations.

The selection was impressive, featuring both local and international wines, and the atmosphere was calm and inviting. It’s surprisingly much quieter than any other spot in the busy mall — a peaceful little escape where you can truly unwind and enjoy your wine.

Overall, it’s such a creative concept and a hidden gem inside the mall. I’ll definitely be back for another round of tastings (and maybe try the food too).

Love love this place! The wine selection is everything you’ll want. The concept is great that it’s setup as a wine tasting self serve, you can go around read the tasting notes. The ambiance is great and food is fresh. The best part though is that they are absolutely dog friendly. Elvis is absolute charm, super welcoming and our dogs had a great time with us.

Who came up with this idea of self serving wine tasting! Genius!! We always saw Vinoteca in Dream mall but yesterday was our first time trying.

I was amazed how fun it was for me. Upon arrival, the staff put our credit on file, gave us an access card, then you swipe the card , pushed the button of wine you want to try.

The price is range from $3-$15per tasting (1oz/3oz/5oz). Abundant selections of wine from Spain, Italy, France, California etc.

We also ordered pesto mozzarella flat bread and truffle fries. Food was 2/5 to me. I ate because I did not want to drink with empty stomach.

Lounges at the back are giving chill relaxation vibe. At the front, there are regular tables.

Most importantly, kids are ok to enter. I saw family with kids enjoying the wine and time spending together. It’s a great feature.

On the surface this place looks great! Cozy atmosphere and amazing menu! But once you dig alittle deeper it’s rough. Our Server was tremendous!!!! He made us feel welcome and did everything he could to be sure we had what we needed. The wine selection is fine. Looking at some of the prices I was hoping to a bit more then Mondavi. But I suppose if your drinking wine from a plastic glass then it doesn’t really matter how it taste. The food was horrible. I think Starbucks has a better kitchen. The vibe was nice but the seating was uncomfortable. We tried to make the best of it but The experience really took a turn down hill when a person was pacing the restaurant on his phone talking loudly and even spit his tooth pick on the ground right where we were sitting. Turns out it was the “chef” or the man operating the panini press. I wish this place was as good as it looked from a far!

I stopped at Vinoteca with a group of 14 people for my wife’s birthday. With very little notice, the manager, Elvis, went into action and began directing his staff to accommodate our group in several different ways. First, he got us set up with cards to begin tasting wine. At the same time he cleared an area of couches and comfortable seating in their lounge, marked the seating with “reserved” signs and invited us to relax and stay as long as we liked. After one of the guests in our party let him know they were unable to get prosecco he came out with two bottles of prosecco, 14 glasses and led us on a birthday toast. Before we left, he brought a couple large sparkling candles out and sang happy birthday to my wife. To say he made our visit memorable would be an understatement. Elvis and his staff were absolutely amazing and I want to thank them again for being so great.

Vinoteca is hands-down my new favorite spot at American Dream Mall. Tucked away near the arcade on level 2, it feels like a cozy secret hideout where you can sip unique wines from vending machines (correct my verbiage) and enjoy seriously good paninis.

What truly sets it apart, though, is the exceptional service, especially from Sylvie, who made both of my visits unforgettable. She was warm, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond without ever hovering. Her energy alone would bring me back.

The Caprese Panini is a must-try, it is light, flavorful, and perfect pre-snowboarding fuel. I came back hours later to try their self-serve wine machines and was blown away by Sylvie and the team’s recommendations, especially an Austrian orange wine that completely stole the show.

Vinoteca isn’t your average mall spot. It’s quiet, cozy, and ideal for relaxing solo or catching up with friends. Can’t wait to return, and fingers crossed Sylvie’s still working when I do. Stellar service like hers is rare and worth celebrating.

We found this amazing activity on second floor food court of American Dream mall. Vinoteca is a self service wine tasting store. They have over 45 different wines available, a well diverse collection of red, white and pink wines from different regions and countries. Each wines type, location and smell/taste type are listed above the dispenser. The dispenser has options for 1oz, 3oz and 5oz. Perfect for trying out a bunch of wines in small portions.

To get started we opened a tab and got a card. We tap the card in dispenser and make the selection. They have some wonderful sitting area. There are tables for groups, couches in corners that have semi privacy and of course high chairs in front of the bar.

Other than wines, they also have a small food menu. It has flatbreads, salads, panini. We ordered the Parmesan truffle fries that were decent. The pesto mozzarella flatbread was ordinary. The food options can certainly improve.

For the hour we spent here, we had amazing service. Our server was really friendly. Explained us all the process, helped with ordering food and final checkout. She also told us about the rewards program. We got 10% off on our entire tab for signing up.

The idea of a self-serve wine bar seemed odd, but when some friends suggested it we thought “Why not?” Turns out it was a blast. The wine selection was very decent, and the fun of going back and picking different sized pours allowed for a lot of sampling. Service was excellent. Will definitely go back.
