Made a reservation to celebrate our 9th anniversary. Was expecting an Italian restaurant as thought it was a wine bar and Italian kitchen. Food menu was very limited.
However, as a wine bar, we were impressed by the decor, drink menu, and service. Wine prices were very reasonable for the quality and for a restaurant price. The 2 appetizers we ordered were very tasty.
The crew heard it was our anniversary and surprised us with an amazing apple crumble dessert.
Will surely return. Just need to make a note this is not a place you’ll want to come hungry and looking for dinner.

First time visiting and it was an amazing experience. The staff, Jon and Michelle, and Chef Arsen are incredible! The food was absolutely delicious! Looks like we found our new “go to” restaurant! The music and ambience is awesome as well!

What a wonderful little place! We went for happy hour on a Wednesday. Turns out it’s 30% off bottles of wine under $100. woo hoo. All wines by the glass and wine based cocktails, 30% off. Food is regular price. Staff were absolutely wonderful. Friendly and informative.
The food… incredible. I was very impressed with everything we had. Shared the beet salad with a goat cheese mousse, and the grilled octopus- so so tender. Then we had the short rib gnocchi that was full of mediterranenan flavors (cinnamon for sure) and my husband had the mushroom ravioli that was creamy and diivne. The wines were excellent.. a Latour Bourgogne and a Chateauneuf de Pape that was absolutely perfect with the short rib..mmmm.
Max, our server recommended the espresso martini and so, of course I had to order that. He did a great job and that was a delicious dessert. Highly recommend this lovely place!

Il posto migliore per mangiare. Il miglior cibo, bellissimo chef. Fine dining at its best. MIchelin Star feel. Real truffles. The best meatballs, that I’m told is a secret recipe with a story behind it. You recognize the high quality of its cooking and ingredients. A small restaurant, representing very good, exceptional, exquisite cuisine… cuisina deliziosa… and respectively so, for the high end class of patrons you find here, that only a Chef coming from an actual MIchelin Star training and background would provied. Un miglioramento che assume lo chef. Worth the trip. Come for the wine stay for the food. Would like to see Italian wine on the wine list to complement and complet the whole Italian and Italian American cuisine. Tornerò per altri posti.

Great little wine bar with good music and a terrific atmosphere. Terrific food and good people working there.. One of my favorite places to hang out at Mizner.

Went for a date night with my girlfriend. We really enjoyed this place! We got the best shrimp scampi we have ever had. It is very authentic and they have great wine selection. No beer or liquor but it adds to the vibe. They had a live show the night we went which was on Saturday that was amazing. We are coming back no doubt.

When we walked in, nobody was in there. They were playing VERY loud Michael Jackson music — very inappropriate for a Friday night date night. We asked if they could (1) Turn the volume down; and (2) Change to music to be more appropriate to the restaurant ambience. They ignored both requests.

They did not even have printed menus prepared.

Then the young girl waitress had an attitude and was very rude. She did not have basic human manners. If she worked for my company and treated a new potential customer, who was trying to pay money for a service, in her same rude manner, I would have fired her immediately!

Again, NO customers were in there — completely empty — and the service was already this terrible within the first 15 minutes of walking in. It was shocking!!! Can’t imagine how terrible the service would be if they were busy!

We could not take it anymore so my girlfriend waited at the restaurant while I ran across the street to Eddie V’s Steakhouse to see if they could fit us in!

Totally different level of service! They were kind, welcoming and said please come over — we want you to have a great dining experience.

I went back to get my girlfriend and told the server, “Thank you but we’ve decided not to dine here”, as I placed $15 on the table and said, “This is for the bottle of water we ordered.”

The young girl server got a PISSY attitude and in a mean tone said, “Why would you leave?” Very nicely, I explained about the loud rock and roll music (which was still playing loudly at this time), about them not even having menu’s prepared and about the basic rudeness from her! She made a sarcastic remark as she took my $15.

Never once said, “I’m sorry!”

BIG MISTAKE to be rude to a potential customer because you never know who they are and what their platform is. I have millions of social media followers and because of this rude server, we’ve made sure to share our terrible experience and recommend to NOT dine there.

And we spent $300+ on dinner & drinks at Eddie V’s that night & will be going back to Eddie V’s at least twice a month now. If we spend on average of $500 a month across the street at Eddie V’s now (rather than at Vino), that’s $6,000 a year that Vino just lost out on! Plus all the people we tell in Boca to NEVER go to Vino!!!

So stupid on Vino’s management team to let this type of terrible service go on!!!!

And can’t believe all the NEGATIVE reviews Vino has from people who’ve had similar terrible experiences!

Oh well — their loss!!!

The key lime pie served at this establishment was truly delectable, though the dining experience left some room for improvement. While we sampled a few wine selections that were satisfactory, one would expect a higher caliber of offerings from a wine bar. It would have been fitting for them to present at least one exceptional glass of wine for their patrons to savor.

One factor preventing a higher rating was the music choice. It felt incongruous to hear country tunes, especially with a vocalist whose performance, regrettably, was subpar. He might have been a better fit for a beach bar, serving frozen cocktails with his undeniable charm. Additionally, the venue seemed to be primarily frequented by a retired clientele, which was worth noting.

Ultimately, the delightful key lime pie was the standout feature, garnering the establishment a solid three stars.
