Christian was absolutely hilarious, incredibly welcoming, and delivered top-tier service from start to finish. He had us laughing the whole time and made the experience feel personal and fun. . . not rushed at all. It was the perfect way to end our trip to New Orleans. 5 stars all around! Christian and Silvia were absolutely amazing. Great conversations, lots of laughs, and excellent drinks. Christian was very attentive and personable, making me feel truly welcomed from the moment I walked in. Silvia was just as great and kept everything running smoothly. Top-tier service all around — I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend stopping by!

Rude, insolent and very poor customer service from 2 staff that were training a new employee. They did not believe me when I indicated they had charged my wife for an extra drink she did not have. When I called my wife back from the gate so that she could assure them, to their face, that she only had 2 drinks, they did not believe her. It took them 5 minutes more to resolve that they had created their own problem of mis-billing, before they corrected the bill, and making me late for the flight. Excluding the trainee, the staff that attended were rude, indicated it was a “misunderstanding”, and DID NOT EVEN APOLOGIZE. They should be re-trained in Customer Service and should be reminded that the customer pays their wages ! BUYER BEWARE at this location.

Sat down – 6:40/45 ish to have a wine tasting. The lady working immediately said cut off was at 7p before ever serving us. Automatically was bad customer service.
She then waited until 6:55/58 to serve us and just shook her hand at us saying what do you want.
Very rude and unkind. Mind you all we did was sit down to be served.
She took our order and then proceeded to help every other customer at the counter before ever even serving us our drinks we ordered.
We walked off because we sat there unserved for over 15 minutes. She was highly unprofessional and obviously mistreating us due to whatever her problem was with us.
I’ve been to quite a few different Vino establishments in the airports – never been treated so poorly. The person needs an attitude check and shouldn’t be in the service industry with the way she operated.

Sat down and Kischa came and gave us menus. We glanced at it and were trying to decide what we wanted. She came back and asked for our order. We told her we needed a few more minutes to order. She then went into her spiel about we had to order or leave. I understand that this is at the airport and you’re expected to order if sitting there, and we were planning on ordering Wine and Food but at that point, nope! Got a water and sat there until our flight. This is the first time I haven’t tipped in years and I typically tip between 20-30% based on service, but she got a attitude before we could decide what we wanted. Do better.

Unfortunately unable to enjoy the food here as the bartender was so rude and disrespectful to our group of six. Immediately upon walking in, he started shouting at us “don’t move my tables”, repeating it over and over again. No hello, welcome, etc. When we said that’s fine, he then said “separate or combined checks?” with an attitude. We ended up not sitting down and leaving because the entire group was offended.

This is not typical of the Vino Volo experience and management should consider giving their staff a customer service training. Judging by the other reviews here, it would appear they are in need of it.

Recently came here before a flight for some light refreshments and drinks. The bartender, Christian, provided phenomenal service. He made sure to give his attention to all patrons. He made everyone feel welcomed. I hope he sees this review! Thank you again!

A mojito was $18 because they were out of strawberries for their signature drink on the menu. The restaurant does not serve coffee. The Cajun pasta was good. The cheesecake was good. The side salad was fresh mixed greens. My friend enjoyed his breakfast sandwich.

The atmosphere was great and to food was amazing as advertised! The service was subpar at best – both the bartender and server were unfriendly and lowballed on the wine amount to be given. I brought it to the attention of the server which didn’t mean much and barely got any attention during payment. Do not recommend for wine but the food was good and fast.

EDIT: Management reached out and confirmed that we were served the correct amount. So this was not a service issue but also terrible management. Additionally the wine quality was abysmal. Would not return.
