This is my little sanctuary in Terminal 2 of the St. Louis Airport. I always try to grab a seat at the bar as there are electrical outlets right under the bar. I love trying a wine flight and grabbing a flat-bread pizza. I noticed that they recently changed the flat bread to more of a pizza. It was still good but I think the previous version was better. I’ve tried the cheese and meat platter and one of the sandwiches. I like all the food here as it feels more fresh and not fried. The service is great and I always look forward to going here.

Ridiculously small portion sizes. I was starving before my flight so I ordered an appetizer and an entree. Im glad I did because the flatbread was tiny!! I also expected the food to be pricey but the portion sizes and overall quality does not make this a good value. The wine was decent but $17 for a glass of wine and the food was just meh…definitely felt like there was pressure to upsell (I just wanted tap water and the server made it seem like it wasn’t safe to drink ?! She told me it wasn’t filtered…which I knew because that’s usually the case) and although service was ok it wasn’t really friendly or particularly good. Overall wouldn’t recommend and would try a different dining establishment next time I am in this airport.

It had been a long travel day and we were stuck in the airport with a tribe of hungry kids (and adults). We had been somewhat rudely shooed away from a couple other establishments, so we were super happy to have been befriended at Vino Volo. We ordered up some grub and the staff there were patient with us while we got situated.

The side salad is something special. The bread on the Italian sandwich was soft, pillowy, and just so good. Order a flight of wine and make a friend.

I was traveling to Oakland, CA, to visit a friend and decided to stop for breakfast at this location in St. Louis airport near the Starbucks. I woke up and checked my bank account and saw two charges, one from when I dined at the restaurant and another the following day, after I had already flown out to Oakland. I have tried to call and resolve the situation, but I can’t get in contact with anyone. I am leaving a review to tell you to pay with cash if you are considering dining at this location, or you might wake up with two transactions for different days and amounts on your bank statement.

Yooo for airport food and drink, not bad! I wa surprised this place was open so early but I was super grateful because the lines for other more breakfast-y places were insanely long.

The avocado toast was delicious and their coffee was good! Definitely a great way to start the morning before a day of traveling.

My server was awesome and the vibe was what you would expect from an airport wine lounge.

The staff was a bit standoffish and left a sour taste in our mouth. Our waiter had an attitude, and they initially gave us a dirty glass. When i asked for a new one i got a snarky reply on as to why it was dirty. We ended up leaving. It absolutely amazes me that a whole bunch of waiters can lack basic social skills. The set up of the restaurant was nice and initially was what brought me to the restaurant, but no decor outweighs subpar service

This gem of an airport oasis is the one and only place you should fuel up before your next flight. Yeah, I know, it’s the St. Louis airport, which is rough to put it bluntly, but the burrata bowl and meatballs stand up to any high end restaurant. The main difference maker was the service. All servers were genuinely wonderful hosts and a joy to be around, especially our waiter, Hassan. Thank you for the laughs!
