Yuck! This is not a great place. It is not Italian. The pizza was weird and sweet. I don’t know why it tasted sweet, but it was almost like cinnamon. I don’t know very weird. The two sandwiches we bought were cheesesteak and chicken sandwich. They were filled with lettuce and tomato with very little meat. Why would they even have lettuce and tomato on a cheese stick? Oh right, they have barely any steak or cheese in there gross! The bread was soggy. This is just a fail overall. The fries were good.

I had a good experience at Vinny’s. I came here for lunch while working in Belhaven and ended up ordering the Friday special, “The Football”, which is a personal one topping pizza. The special came with a drink and a bag of chips for under $9. I opted for the Buffalo chicken and was pleasantly surprised with how good it was. I am not a big crust person but I found theirs to be nice and light so I ended up eating the whole thing. Aside from the food, the service was excellent. The employees were fast and attentive. I would definitely go back here sometime I am back in town.

I visited Belhaven, NC on 9/12-09/14. When I got there, I decided to pick up a few items from the local Food Lion. I spotted Vinny’s in the shopping center and decided to check them out. When I arrived, I was immediately greeted by the lady at the front counter. She was very nice and it was a breath of fresh air having a pleasant encounter with someone in customer service. I ordered a 12″ pepperoni pizza and a side house salad with ranch. I placed my order and sat down to wait on it. While waiting, there were a few “locals” that came in. I immediately could tell that they were regulars. This was a good sign. When I got back to my Airbnb, I ate my food. The pizza was delicious and the salad was so freaking good! I was pleasantly surprised that they used shredded lettuce for their salads. This is so rare, but very much appreciated. I enjoyed my experience so much, I called in a second order on 09/13. For that order, I had the same side salad and manicotti with beef and cheese. It, too, was delicious. If you’re visiting Belhaven, I highly recommend this restaurant.

Very dirty and grimy. Including bathrooms. Kept getting weird stares by the servers. Asked for bacon on my pizza and got maybe half a slice for the whole pizza. Very weird atmosphere. We came in with 4 toddlers and very provocative and profane music was being played and didn’t get changed until 5 minutes later. Very weird place and would not recommend going. Stick with the 4$ jacks pizzas.

Absolutely nasty. Everything was sticky. It was hard to eat in there. The food was nothing to brag about. Extremely greasy and barely any toppings on the pizza at all. Loud, inappropriate music was playing when we entered with our kids and stayed on. Would not recommend.

Went in ordered the cheddar cheese fries and they give me spicy nacho cheese fries. So I took them back and at first the cashier lady(the one that’s been there since she was 16, this was a big deal for her to point out but still can’t get the food right or be honest) insist its the same cheese sauce that they usually use. Then one of the cooks were taking lunch break interuppted and said that’s the only cheese sauce they had that it was in the CAN in the back. So I said I didn’t want cheese fries anymore if that’s all they had, that i would take fresh plain fries but beings the cheese fries cost more could I get a little more fries and they said yes but this is what I get, barely even half full. Just because it’s a bigger container doesn’t mean there’s more food. I will never go back to this place.

I’ve ordered 3 different times the cheese fries, each time the fries are wimpy soft, the cheese is generic canned goop. It’s not hard to make cheese sauce from scratch. The pizzas however are pretty decent. The crust can tend to be a little thick and chewy, I prefer a little crunch. Also, avoid the cheese sticks, taste just like frozen gricery store stuff and werent gooey. The staff is friendly.

Our church orders Vinnys every year for VBS. The kids love getting pizza for lunch on the last day. I placed the order the day before, and it was ready right on time. Thank you, Vinnys!!!!

Excellent food! We had two calzones and they were excellent. From the crust to the filling, and for a fair price. Good stuff. Not much more than a couple small tables to dine in, appears mostly aimed at take-out or delivery.
