I have never left a bad review. “Deluxe Stromboli” , LMAO. 12.99 for half a slice of bread with 2 mushrooms, half a slice of pepperoni and an green pepper and 2 onions slices & No cheese. If i want pita bread i can buy a whole pack for 2 dollars. 16″ steak and cheese not not the way i ordered i was specific on toppings had all kinds of rabbit food on it and the meat taste Alpo from can. I have never been so upset about a $32.00 order. My dog sniffed this after i threw it out and walked away from the trash. Never again. This is not an exaggeration. Gross

My husband and I order from here OFTEN but I guess sometimes If you order any later than 8pm apparently they just close the store after running your card information. No calls to update about your order. No order. Nothing.

For an update.. The owners did reach out to me. It was the employee I spoke to the first time that was stealing. But Stephanie (the owner) went out of her way to go threw tons of receipts and make it right by everyone! Even calling to let customers know what happened.. even though they never caught it themselves. So it wasn’t the restaurant. It was someone who took advantage of everyone in the situation. Including the owner!!. So in the end, I’ve been going there for almost 20 yrs. They have good food and I have never had an issue til this time. So I’m sure we’ll still swing by.
CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS! I made an order on Saturday for 40$. Monday morning, I got a msg from the bank that they charged over 50$ for my order. WRITING IN A OVER 10$ TIP FOR THEMSELVES ON MY SIGNED RECEIPT!!!! THAT IS THEIFT!!!! What’s worse? My teenage daughters put 10$ cash in the tip jar when we picked up our order! I give my daughters a choice of takeout once a wk. I put $ on their card and let them choose (plus this card is what they get paid on for chores, etc). Now they have overdraft fees on that card bc an employee of Vinny’s decided to steal off of them!!
So I called Vinny’s and was told they would refund it to the card. The bank said nothing came from them. I called back, and the employee said, “Come down, I’ll refund in person.” So I waste more of my time for her to only want to give me 10$. I told her no, I actually want a refund. THAT IS THEIFT!!!!! YOU DONT DO THAT TO PEOPLE!!!! I never even got an apology AT ANY POINT!!! When I spoke to the employee, they weren’t even shocked! So obviously, they have done this before!!! ….. *** She did! Also, she no longer works there! Problem solved.***

My friend and I have been ordering pizza, hoagies and wings for at least 4 months. Never did we have a problem ordering. Then recently they told me they didn’t deliver to nursing homes unless they could leave it at the nurses station. This sounds like discrimination to me. We will be ordering elsewhere from now on.

The staff is always really nice and the food is amazing, I always get the buffalo fries. I’ve done take out and delivery and both were fast. One time the delivery driver forgot to give me my dessert and they came back and brought it without me asking which was so nice

Vinny’s is the best local pizza joint around. Pizza always tastes fresh, sauce is great, always perfectly baked. Their garlic breadsticks are phenomenal as well. Calzones and strombolis…. I mean you get the idea. Too notch place.
