Vinny is a hard working guy and his sushi is delicious. He regularly accommodates my wife and I and adjusts the menu to fit her no corn/ no wheat diet. He even will drive out to reopen the place if you call him with a craving. Only wish is a larger menu and more consistent hours but that is mostly, I think, a result of people in the area not valuing great food in the sushi form.

Best Philly cheese stake I’ve had possibly ever (and I used to live in upstate NY) with not even a hint of gristle, and the fish taco’s are nothing to scoff at either.
This is easily the best quality/best tasting food you’ll find in Polson, he even gets his sub rolls shipped in from Philly. My wife and I were so impressed we tried the California roll which rivaled those we’ve had in upscale sushi joints.
This is probably the only sushi in Montana I’d trust that’s not a fortune, but don’t pass over the other menu items, everything Vinny served us was excellent. I hope to see his business boom soon, apparently he’s only been there a year. Look no further when passing through Polson, coffee’s good to!

Good sushi, and Vinny is a great guy! Out of salmon, so went with sushi instead of fish tacos. Great stuff, very tasty and Vinny gave us lots of great info about the area.

Best little visit with the owner. Great fish tacos. Actually the BEST fish tacos we have ever had.
A little hole in the wall place that I normally would not have gone into. Not much street appeal but certainly great food.
