Vinnies Kitchen was the Food Partner for the Agam – Arrival of the Ethereal World Tour Seattle Event, and were given responsibility to keep our Artist band of 10 and a volunteer crew of 25 well fed and nourished for the course of the Event Day.
This is our fourth major show, and I have not experienced such flawless execution. Providing the artists food is often the unseen part of such an execution but so so important to get right when they are on their third straight night of performance and operating on so much less sleep and an unforgiving travel schedule.
And we are really indebted to Vinnie and Ganesh both for making it so seamless. Starting with recommending the Menu to making tasty, quality food all the way to excellent packing and delivery. All executed on time, taste and perfect heat; through the entire day, serving us Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
The touring members of Agam also gave excellent feedback on the food served which made us very happy organizers.

I have been ordering from Vinni’s kitchen for over 4 years. The food, delivery, and variety is flawless. There’s something comforting about having your refrigerator stocked with Vinni’s containers. Her menu is expansive and I’ve ordered North Indian, South Indian, and Chindian. She’ll also make small but mighty modifications (Eg more spicy) based on your taste. 10/10 recommend.
