Vinnies usually has good food but lately they’ve been slipping. Issues with orders, sending out the wrong food have become very commonplace.i order from there often and the last few times I’ve ordered it was innacurate.
Tonight though my kid almost went hungry because they didn’t want us to let her eat the pizza they sent because it was the wrong one. They instructed us to hold onto it then proceeded to take an additional hour to deliver the right pizza. I thought this to be very odd as health inspection standards frown upon the reacquisition of previously delivered food. I want to be able to leave a better review next time. So I hope they step their service up soon

Everything I order from Vinni’s Pizza is ALWAYS fresh tasting. My kids and I love trying the different specialty pizzas Detroit Style! The owner Vinni, every time I call, he is exceptionally polite, caring, always including coupons to your order. You can feel his customer service is just genuine and he is very patient when I’m so undecided from all the great choices.

Good: wings, pizza, garlic knots
Ok: onion rings, Chicken Parm sub
We got the hot honey wings and the sauce was pretty good but the wings were on the dry side.
Garlic knots are nice but the garlic feels a little raw.
Chicken Parm sub was also a bit dry.
Overall the food is ok.

I discovered Vinni’s pizza about 2 years ago and they quickly became my go to pizza place. Never had any issues. Always fast delivery. And all the food is always great.

The delivery guy was nice and on time. Do want add on how expensive the pizza is now for a large pie. Especially when they put pepperoni coins on the pie instead of slices and charge more. Need to reconsider the products that you use.

I’ve been going here pretty regularly for a few years and the food is good and staff are very friendly. I’ve always used a credit card and until yesterday when for some reason I actually looked at the receipt I realized that they add money because I used a credit card. It’s a small amount but still they don’t tell you that and that is dishonest. I was told 15.98. I paid and left and then looked at my receipt. See the attached photo. I have to reconsider my loyalty here now because I’ve never experienced this anywhere else. At least tell me and maybe I’d choose to pay cash or tell me the REAL amount that I am being charged.

Soggy, cheese is solid and chunky and the pizza was wet and soggy. The “sauce” is tasteless and equivalent to dollar store tomatoes in a can. Maybe I’m just used to actual pizza from New York but this was the first pizza in my life that I actually threw away because it was so bad.

Vinnis pizza is a great pizza shop in west deptford. It’s right off of 295 near the super wawa. They have a large menu. Prices are very good for the pocket. Their food is not under- rated. It’s exceptional. I’m glad to find such a great pizza shop that offers various items.
