After getting my nails done on Friday night I went into Vinis ordered a delicious tasty slice of pizza with chicken wings. I also got their chicken Ceasar Wrap. Great customer service and friendly staff. You need to order or come in and do carry out best pizza in Palatine.

Stopped in hoping for a slice of cheese and they had ran out. They offered all the other slices but I don’t eat pork and it was 10 minutes before they closed so I was honestly not even upset about them being out. The guy working was incredibly kind and offered to make me a fresh small pizza for the same price and even brought it out to my car. That kind of genuine hospitality is rare these days, I’ll definitely be back! Also the pizza was amazing! Definitely my new go to spot!

We ordered our dinner at 5:00pm. 7 rolls around and it finally shows up cold. I called at 7:11 to see what we can do about it. They said no problem 15-20 mins we’ll get it out the door. 8:00pm it shows up and it’s luke warm. I can’t call back because now they are closed! We will never order from this location again. 3 hours later with two cold pizzas is unacceptable.

I was planning my lunch break the second I realized I would be in the area. This was my favorite spot for pizza by the slice, people in and out the door like a line of ants. The pizza changed. THE CHEESE OH NOOOO. Mashed potatoes mixed with cream of mozzarella soup. A 12 oz can instead of a liter soda and the price went up about 2 dollars. If you know you know, from love of the pie to just buy from that guy

Last night at 5:04 pm I called and ordered Chicken Parm, salad and bread to be delivered to my home in Inverness. I was told 40 – 45 minutes. Ar 6:27 i called to check on the order. Five additional calls later I spoke with the manager, owner and driver. First the order left, then it was forgotten and remade. Lastly at 8 pm I was told it was on its way and being comped. Guess what? It never showed up. A waste of my time. A bunch of liars
