the salt and pepper shrimp was fried crispy without being greasy, the chicken and snow peas were light yet rich, and the beef and onions came with so much meat, all bathed in a super flavorful garlic sauce. overall, it’s a reliable spot for a fast meal
Food: 10/10
Food was amazing, hot, fresh, and super presentable! Looked just like in the pictures!

The service was great, got served with smiles and laughter! Super great attitude!
Atmosphere: 10/10
Super cool aesthetic, it felt like I was in Asia!
1) Salted pork: solid fry. Good but not great. 4 star.
2) Bird nest fried noodle: 4 star. Stir fry good but solid crunchy noodles
3) Black bean sauce with mussels. 5 star. It’s black bean. It’s great.
4) Snow pea leaves: 5 star. Sautéed in garlic. One of the great stir vegetables.
5) Beef flat noodle: 5 star. Not the best but they do it well so I enjoyed it.
6) Hai Yen chicken: very solid. Ginger oil scallion green onion dipping sauce: great.
Overall 4 star but I gave it 5 star bc when you live in Louisiana/Utah, Chinese food isn’t as good as Houston.

I had the sweet and sour chicken off the lunch special menu. This entree came with a round pot filled with steamed (white) rice & a nice sized spoon. Crispy pieces of gently battered white meat chicken basking in a sweet but NOT extremely sweet or overpowering sauce with crispy but cooked just right pieces of onions, peppers (red & green) and naturally sweet & juicy chunks of pineapple.
The Vietnamese spring rolls (5 pieces to an order) were delightfully delicious and paired with a side dish of not too sweet chili sauce.
Had a cup of fresh brewed iced tea (u can tell it’s homemade not store bought ) and let’s just say it’s it’s own canvas because it’ll need to be “tweaked” to fit YOUR taste buds for sweetness, as it’s NOT sweetened at all. IF that’s your preference, you’ll be fine with the taste of the iced tea.
Note: They add a piece of lime wedge n the cup. May have to ask for alternative sugar or sweeteners if preferred, as I only saw (white) granulated sugar on the table.
They have clean bathrooms as far as the women’s bathroom is concerned.
Extra rolls of toilet paper are in the stalls on a rack on stall dividers, if needed.
I will assume the men’s bathroom is,
also, clean since the woman’s was.
Lastly, the majority of the (square) tables seat up to 4 people.
However, I do remember seeing 2 round
tables for a family/group of about 6 people each if you are planning a family gathering.
These tables are in the back of the restaurant. The dining area is well lit and bright, with about 4 large screens wall mounted flat screen televisions in the restaurant.
