I absolutely love these egg rolls so I hate to have to leave this review but I think it is needed. I’ve been a customer at this place for over a year now. Really good and crispy egg rolls, however, the smell in this place is truly terrible. I couldn’t believe what I was smelling when I walked in there yesterday. I had to try really hard not to cover my nose cause then it would be awkward. I saw another person mention the smell in a different review and now I know I’m not the only person that noticed this. That review and the rotting smell I had to endure also has me wondering what kind of meat I am eating in these egg rolls. This issue needs to be addressed and fixed. For the past 2-3 months, I have been going and ordering these egg rolls at least once a week but sad to say, I will not be returning here. Please fix the smell issue.

Great service. We were sitting and waiting in our car for the next batch of egg rolls to be complete and the owner came out and knocked on our window and said that they were ready earlier than we had expected. She was so nice and They are so delicious!

This place is awesome. On the weekends the line is going out the door. You should call and order in advance. Seems like there could be a more functional way to order. If people could order them online and prepay that would be awesome!

Strip mall to go only store that has the best egg rolls! At bargain prices! Several nice Vietnamese goodies on shelves. Now takes credit cards after years of being cash only. You can call in big orders of egg rolls in advance. Cheaper and better than most caterers. Lady who runs everything is very nice and gets her exercise because it’s a busy place!

I was extremely disappointed of the rudeness and unprofessional service I experienced today at Vinh Binh.
I initially called to place an order for 100 egg rolls for my company, but no one answered the phone. As a result, I drove to the location in person to place the order. A female staff member assisted me and took my order, then went inside to speak with the owner. When the owner came out of the kitchen, she appeared visibly upset, slammed the door, and spoke angrily in Vietnamese. While I could not fully understand what was said, I did hear references made to Laos, which made the interaction uncomfortable.
She then rudely informed me that American Express cards were not accepted. I explained that I had used American Express at your establishment previously. She responded that the transaction fee was 5% and “too much.” I explained that as a business that publicly advertises accepting credit cards, selectively refusing certain cards is inappropriate.
After taking my name, she dismissed me and stated that payment would only be accepted at pickup. I explained that I wanted to pay immediately because a coworker would be picking up the order.
This entire experience was disappointing and unprofessional. Customers should be treated with respect, especially when placing large orders for business purposes. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I will no longer be supporting this business or recommending it to others!
