The ambiance of this place is great. It has a clean and elevated feel that is also so inviting. We came just in time to take advantage of some of the happy hour specials. They are MORE than worth it! We had the fig and proscuitto flatbread, the gnocchi (not pictured) and the calamari (not on happy hour).
The flatbread was absolutely perfect. The bread itself was very thin and crispy, and the flavors blended together beautifully. This dish hit all the places on the palate.
The gnocchi was about 10 times better than I expected it to be upon first look. The texture was addictive- crispy on the outside and soft and tender on the inside. The rich flavor of the gnocchi paired with the romesco and salsa verde was a party in the mouth.
Although the calamari had a great overall flavor and texture, it was just slightly overcooked. Even with that said, it was still definitely worth eating.
I live in Palm Bay and would make the drive back to try other items (and maybe some of the same!) on the menu with how wonderful my first experience was.
Unfortunately, the quality of the food has declined compared to our past visits. I’ve had a wonderful experience at this location before, so this was disappointing. The pesto salad was the worst I’ve ever had — the pesto tasted more like sweet mint than traditional basil pesto, and the pasta was not cooked properly. In fact, all of the pasta dishes we ordered tasted as if they had been prepared the day before.
The other dishes were alright, but overall the freshness and quality we once enjoyed just didn’t seem to be there this time. I hope this was just an off night because we’ve had much better experiences in the past and would love to see the food return to its previous standard.

I didn’t get pictures but wanted to mention the Warm Foccacio bread and Charred brussel sprouts. Absolutely delicious
But the star of the show is the food. Everything we’ve tried has been absolutely delicious, cooked and presented with care. You absolutely must check out their happy hour for great deals and their brunch service for a fantastic start to your weekend.
The name “Vine & Olive” certainly speaks to their excellent wine selection. While we’ve enjoyed the wines we’ve had so far, we’re already planning our next visit specifically to explore more of their wine list!
If you haven’t tried this place yet, you’re missing out!
Sorry we started to eat and realized we should take some pics. (Which are shown)
I had Tuscan chicken flatbread and my daughter had the mushroom ravioli.
The 100 layer lasagna was good (sorry no pic) and son had Lemon chicken pasta (also no pic).
Very clean and across the street from a park, where we saw some wildlife. Pic of squirrel that came right up to us
