Escargot was cooked perfectly but overpowered with garlic. We were really excited about the gnocchi because apparently the chef is a gnocchi master.
The chef wasn’t there that night and what we got was some way undercooked pieces of mashed potatoes in a bitter (yes, bitter, not a typo) squash sauce. We sent it back and the server took it off our bill, so he made up for it for sure.
Maybe we’ll try again when the chef is the one cooking.
They serve beer & wine, no cocktails. But, no problem! I got a wine flight and really enjoyed it. I hope they keep this option on the menu.
We started with the Caesar and daily bread. The miso butter served with the bread was amazing! I would’ve eaten twice the amount they gave us. For my entree I ordered the porcini agnolotti with a side of red snapper. The house made pasta was delicious. My husband ordered the ribeye with duck fat potatoes and really enjoyed it.
The lighting was a little too dim for our preference, but service was great!
