This old school pizzeria is tucked away in the back of a vintage Milwaukee corner bar.
It’s cash only so come prepared. There is an ATM in the bar. Pizza was perfectly toasted and the sausage and cheese worked well together. Sausage had a delicious fennel taste like a good Italian sausage should. The server Louise was terrific. Their garlic cheese bread is also delicious and I would recommend getting an order while you wait for your pizza. I’ll be back. Fun laid back spot that is unpretentious.

The bar was cool, but the pizza was disappointing. It was only good immediately right out of the oven. After a few minutes the cheese turned into cement and was inedible. Also they charge $3 for Coke refills! Probably won’t go back

Update: Owner called me back and said the next time I ordered it was on the house. Louise was very sweet and I really appreciated her doing that. Got to try the Vinchi’s Special, Sausage, Mushroom, and Onion. It was delicious and the sausage was very good. Will definitely be back!

I called and ordered takeout. This place is inside The Bubbler bar, which is not advertised outside, nor was I told on the phone. Don’t stop at the bar; just go straight to the back to get your pizza, and again, it’s not obvious. Oh, and cash only!
I waited an hour for it to be ready, drove there, went home, and my order was wrong. Didn’t notice until I opened the stapled pizza sleeve when I got home. Ordered a medium peperoni and a large sausage, mushroom, and onion. My picture shows the order receipt. But what I got was two peperoni pizzas. So not only did I overpay, but I tried calling them, and it went straight to a recorded message they that don’t accept messages. Needless to say, I was annoyed.
The pizza was good, though.

Pretty good pizza, I had the Cheese and Sausage. Great cheese and toppings. Crust was a thin style and it was a little weak, but still did the job. The cheese garlic bread was amazing! It had a tremendous amount of cheese and the garlic sauce underneath added a lot of flavor. I would come back just for the cheese bread. The name of the place was a little confusing since Vinchi’s was not on the sign out front. The bar front-end made a fun atmosphere to eat in.

Their pizza here is honestly incredible. Classic Milwaukee thin crust pizza joint inside of a classic Milwaukee bar. Have had their pizza several times and it is consistently a home run.
Reasonably priced drinks, plenty of TVs to watch the game and friendly service. Would highly recommend this hidden gem to anyone!

It was a little bit difficult to find because it was located inside of a bar. But the staff was very friendly. The bartenders are really cool and they had the Pacers game on cause I’m a big pacer stand so that was a plus. If you’re looking for a local business to support, I would highly recommend this. where else can you get a Jamison and ginger ale for only five dollars? lol

Inside of The Bubbler. Great people. Secretly, some of the best pizza in Milwaukee. Cash only and must order on site (no calls, no online ordering,) but so worth it.
