For this place only practically having one dish on their menu on top of that not even Italian naw I’m good lol!
I mean Olive garden we all know they’re most definitely not Italian but this place makes Olive garden feel 100% an Italian restaurant thsts pretty bad.
Vinces is more for like toddlers when they want spaghetti with meatballs that’s a hit right there! Guaranteed your kids will love this place.
Service wise too, our server she had horrible attitude I mean there’s bad and then there’s horrible.
The place was really clean and the booths were nice and comfy but that’s really about it, think that was the highlight of our night.
So yeah if you want microwaveable “Italian bland food” then you’ll love this spot lol!
I had dinner at Vince’s Spaghetti in Rancho Cucamonga, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. I ordered the spaghetti dinner with meat sauce, garlic bread, and the salad with their house dressing, and everything was spot on.
The spaghetti with meat sauce was the highlight. The sauce tasted rich, hearty, and homemade—full of flavor and perfectly balanced. You can tell it’s a recipe they’ve been perfecting for years. The pasta was cooked just right, and the portion was generous enough that you leave completely satisfied.
The garlic bread was fresh, warm, and had the perfect crisp on the outside with soft, buttery goodness on the inside. It paired perfectly with the sauce. The salad with the house dressing was also excellent—fresh, crisp, and the dressing had a unique flavor that really stood out and complemented the meal.
The atmosphere felt welcoming and comfortable, like a true classic Italian spot. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better.
If you’re looking for authentic, comforting spaghetti done right, Vince’s is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be coming back again.
It started when we got there we were waiting at least 15 min to even be greeted i had to ask someone to find our waitress. We finally get our drinks n the sprites had no carbonation in it. I got manager ask him for two cokes n the attitude I got from him was unacceptable. Waited waited waited for her to return with order. I watched the phone it was over 30 mins until we got our food. My husband even said its not the cooks in back because other tables thst got here after us got their food no problem.
It was her hiding somewhere just playing on her phone. We finally get our food n everything absolutely everything is cold my spaghetti, my meatballs, husband’s cheese on his meatball sandwich was so cold this was so angering. At this point it was 40 min wait n we got this?
I tried to tell the manager n again nothing but an attitude ftom him. This was the worst treatment we have ever received from any restaurant but certainly from this one .
The meat sauce is the move, put it on anything and you can’t miss. The cheese bread is killer and worth the trip by itself. Same flavors, same comfort, every time.
It’s not trying to be trendy, it’s just solid, classic food done right. If you grew up around here, you already know. If you didn’t, start with the meat sauce and thank me later.
The kid’s meal spaghetti was a great size and included a salad and bread as well. The salad is just iceberg, dressing, and shredded carrots. Nothing special; nothing delicious. The meat sauce spaghetti was good but reminded me of Chef Boyardee sauce. It was kinda watery underneath the spaghetti and seemed to be missing a spice or two. Serving size is good. The star of the meal- GARLIC BREAD. if I could eat this bread daily, I would! We also got the cheese bread which was good, but doesn’t beat the garlic bread!
