Garlic rolls were horrible. Tasted like old dough with just oil and garlic and Parmesan cheese. My husband said they are probably frozen. We waited for the pizza. It was so bad my husband refused to eat it and we left.

I recently ordered two pizzas via Uber Eats due to my car being in the shop. As a regular customer, I typically purchase a large pizza every other week. However, both pizzas arrived with severely burnt bottoms. My guests were unable to finish even one slice, and one person couldn’t even manage another bite.
Following this disappointing experience, I went to the restaurant in person to order my usual weekly pizza and returned the uneaten portions – one entire pizza and two slices from the other, with one slice having a single bite taken. I explained to the staff member, a tall young man, that the burnt bottoms were not the standard I’d come to expect from Vincenzo’s, especially since we’ve been customers since they opened. He seemed unconcerned, stating that was how they prepared the pizzas. He then discarded the returned pizzas and I waited for my replacement pizza, paying the full price. While waiting, I overheard the staffer instructing the cook to check the pizzas to prevent burnt bottoms.
My only request was for a sincere apology, not a refund or compensation.

Wow! I picked three slices and one was The upside down Sicilian slice. The best Sicilian slice I’ve ever had. Similar to Detroit yet thicker and still very airy not heavy. Delicious! Nice place new in the area . Nice people tasty pizza. I strongly recommend Vincenzos pizza of Boca Raton.

We drive from Delray to Vincenzo’s! This place has quickly become my go-to spot for pizza, second time around! I made sure to take some pictures before my kids and hubby devoured it.
Pizza is NY style aka Thin crust and the ingredients are always fresh, and you can really taste the quality in every bite. Highly recommend!

Awesome grandma slice. I’m a regular at the inventor of that slice, Umberto’s in New York and this is every bit as delicious. Perfect crisp thin crust , the right balance of sauce to cheese and some color on the underside.

Pizza was like rubber. New york pizza not even close. Undercooked calzone like raw dough asked for ham and tomatoes got no ham . I usually give a place 2 chances before I review them but this was unacceptable

As a pizza snob, this is fantastic pizza. The crust is nice and crispy and it’s not like one of those greasy pizzas that flop when you pick it up. It’s difficult to find pizza this good nowadays. The hot honey pizza was a 10/10.
