Each dish was well-prepared, flavorful, and presented nicely. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the menu selections offered a good variety. While everything was satisfying, there was just a slight element missing that kept it from being a perfect score—perhaps a bit more boldness in seasoning or a more elevated finishing touch. Still, the quality and execution were impressive.

Our waiter was genuinely pleasant, courteous, and professional throughout the meal. He maintained a friendly demeanor and created a welcoming interaction. However, we did have to repeatedly ask for particular items, as he seemed to forget a few requests. That said, his attitude remained positive, and he was quick to correct things once reminded, which was appreciated.

The ambiance was inviting, well-designed, and comfortable. From the lighting and décor to the overall energy of the space, everything contributed to a relaxing and enjoyable dining environment. It struck the perfect balance between lively and comfortable, making it an ideal setting for a pleasant meal.

Definitely worth recommending!

Only negative is the 20% gratuity placed on every check, please stop charging couples this outrageous fee as if they are a 6+ group.

Had an amazing dinner at Vincenzo near Pointe Orlando! The food was outstanding from start to finish. The fresh pasta with clams was flavorful, perfectly cooked, and tasted authentically Italian. We also tried the calamari appetizer and the beef carpaccio, and both were absolutely delicious — fresh, well-seasoned, and beautifully presented.

The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the service was excellent. If you’re looking for great Italian food in the area, Vincenzo is definitely worth a visit! ✨

First of all, the service was really bad. When we first arrived, no one welcomed us we were ignored for the first two minutes. Then a staff member finally came and seated us outside. Our waitress, whose name was Maria or something similar, didn’t even say hello. She just put the utensils on the table, gave us a rude expression, and walked away.

The food was also not good, especially considering how much we paid. We were planning not to leave any tip because of the poor service and food. However, we were surprised that a 20% gratuity was already added to our bill and for what level of service? We were only four people, so we don’t understand why automatic gratuity was included.

Absolutely spectacular! Wonderful service and incredible food. Romantic and intimate atmosphere – upscale casual to me. Highly recommend the arancini appetizer – one of the best plates we’ve had yet. Reasonably priced for the great quality and generous portions.

The food was absolutely wonderful and great portions for what you pay for. The bread is phenomenal but the service is what really made our night special. Frankie is a complete delight. He’s funny, attentive, and made our time there fun. Definitely will be coming back next time we’re in Orlando.

My husband and I were in the area on business and enjoyed a wonderful dinner here. Highly recommend it’s authentic Italian cuisine. But even better was when we realized two days later that we had left our credit card, the manager immediately agreed to send it back to us. We were so thankful!

We had been to Vincenzo a couple of times and had always enjoyed it tremendously. This time, however, I cannot give five stars. The arancini appetizer was excellent. My mom’s salmon was, unfortunately, a little fishy. It was not bad and she finished it at home after she put a generous amount of sauce on it, but she said she would definitely get something else next time. My pesto pasta was good. I ordered it with chicken, shrimp and filet tips and was surprised to find only two shrimp in it. There was a good amount of chicken and filet, but two shrimp for $12 does not seem reasonable. The lemonchello cake was absolutely delicious, but it was the smallest slice of cake I had ever been served in my life. It was a very tiny sliver for $13. I always order lemonchello cake there and I do not remember it ever being that small. I will probably give the restaurant another chance after a while because my two previous experiences there had been impeccable, but those issues definitely need to be addressed.

Reply to your arrogant reply:
First of all, we were definitely not “happily eating and leaving” I’m not sure what made you think that, considering the poor service we received. And for the food, the lasagna was not finished, and yes, we had been starving the whole day. If we paid that much for a meal, are we not supposed to eat it?

Since you mentioned cameras, I know restaurants have them so feel free to review the footage and maybe focus on teaching your staff how to treat customers better instead of assuming things.

As for my friends leaving reviews, they had their own bad experiences as well. Why shouldn’t they share their honest opinions from their own accounts?

If you were too busy to provide basic service, you could have simply told us there were no tables available. We would have gladly gone somewhere else that treated customers better.

And yes, we finished in under an hour because we didn’t want to stay there any longer. I was irritated from the moment I walked in and spoke to the two guys at the counter the attitude was clear from the start.

I was expecting better service for the price we paid, the same way we get in other restaurants. And honestly, I probably will try a fast-food chain next time, because I’m confident the service there would be much better than what we experienced in yours.

(This review isn’t even mainly about the food if the service had been good, we could have overlooked the overpriced dishes and the automatic 20% tip.)

The Pros:

Vincenzo’s offers a well-lit and elegant setting. The food is beautifully plated, and the staff is generally polite. The burrata plate and bread with olive oil and herbs dip were particularly delicious. The gelato was okay, and the espresso was fresh and nice.

The Cons:

My kid’s meatballs were flavorful, but the spaghetti and sauce were bland. The same was true for our fettuccine Alfredo, even with the added parmesan. The short rib plate was just okay.

Constructive Criticism:

Very basic. I’ve eaten at many excellent Italian restaurants around the world, and Vincenzo’s has the potential to be one of them. However, the chefs and cooks are under-seasoning the food. If you’re going to charge the prices you’re charging + the automatic 20% tip and have a limited menu (which I appreciate ), then the food has to be amazing.

Came to Orlando for the weekend and wanted a nice place for dinner, so I made a reservation here. After reading some negative reviews, I almost canceled, but I’m so glad I didn’t. The food was amazing: the short rib was fantastic, the fettuccine tasted fresh, and every dish we ordered was delicious. The service was excellent as well. We will definitely be back the next time we’re in the area!
