Vincent’s is a gem of a restaurant! The atmosphere, service, and food were amazing. Italian night – we had the fettuccine and manicotti along with a few desserts which did not disappoint. Prices aligned with the quality of the meal. We will definitely be coming back!

So, website says ” open 11am to 9pm winter hours”. Went Saturday at 3. Couldn’t get anything because they said no food till 4. Why do you advertise then? Went to Tunnel Inn instead for a great burger.

Vincent’s was great from the moment we made an online reservation. They called us within two hours to let us know that their credit card machine was down and that cash might be the only option that evening. As we were talking to them they had got it fixed and it wasn’t going to be an issue. I appreciated the heads up before we arrived at the restaurant.

Our table was waiting for us upon our 5 minute late arrival. All but two of the other tables were full so we were glad that we made a reservation for a Thursday evening. We took it as a good sign of what was to come!

They served a crusty bread after we sat and took our drink orders. I ordered a Manhattan upon asking for recommendations, from Chuck our top notch waiter (who came with Vincent from Atlanta). He came back to let me know that he was actually making an old fashioned and hoped I didn’t mind. (I love old fashioneds!) It was a tasty drink and a great recommendation.

Prime Rib was the special that evening. The menu was small which I liked. That means that whatever they make they make it well! Indeed, everything we ordered that night (3 prime ribs (medium rare), and a penne vodka) was wonderful. The salad (spring mix, mandarin oranges, strawberries, tomatoes, and cucumber) that came with the prime rib was a meal in itself! My daughter even finished her pasta before the rest of us…definitely a sign that it was scrumptious! Our prime rib was large, not very fatty, and perfectly cooked. One of the best that I’ve had. The broccoli was al dente and fresh while the mashed potatoes had a real authentic lumpiness.

Next stop was dessert. We ordered two (huge) cheesecakes, a lemon ? (lemon bar type filling, with whip cream, and a type of cake on the bottom (see photo)). I didn’t order anything because all they had were berries and cream for the celiac, me. However, Chuck (our waiter) felt bad for me and gave me a berries and cream on the house…it left me wondering why I didn’t order it in the first place. It was decadent. Fresh strawberries and blueberries with whip cream that had a little somethin’ somethin’ in it. Yum!!

The owner stopped by our table twice that night to check on things…a nice touch, and a friendly man! Chuck and him made us feel very welcome! We wish him great success in his new endeavors! We will be coming back soon, if I have anything to say about it!

Needless to say, Vincent’s is a fantastic improvement over previous versions of the Wagon Box!!

Ate here for dinner on 03/19/2026. This was our third visit to the Wagonbox in three years and each time was a different experience. This is a new chef and manager and they finally knocked it out of the ballpark. The prime rib was excellent with plenty of good meat and just the right amount of fat around it. Our server, Chuck, was excellent. We all had dessert and the cheesecake was amazing. My wife who is hard to please couldn’t stop raving about. She rarely gives out 5 Stars and would also give this a 5 star review. The chef took the time to stop by our table which was much appreciated.
